My 2nd generation iPad was slowing down and sometimes would just not work so I needed a new one. I use it for my music and song charts on live performance. I decided on an iPad Pro which is much faster and the screen is so much brighter. So far I've used it twice on live music performance and it has worked out great.

Purchased this online for my husband for Father's Day. Great price and used the open box option to save even more. Held it for over a month to take advantage of price and discount early. Husband LOVES it since his old iPad2 was VERY slow. This is almost too fast for the old man. Great service, quick delivery and exactly as expected.

I'm not sure how much better this is than an Air 2, but coming from an iPad 2, this tablet is awesome. We tried the bigger pro, but it was just too clunky. Apple Pencil works great, and Truetone makes this display look better. We couldn't get by without our iPads.

I replaced a 2nd generation IPad and the screen quality and speed was notably better. I do wish an owners manual was included rather than having to use the device itself to get instructions

I love the new iPad. Nothing was wrong with my old 3 generation. Never had a glitch or any problems. So far so good with the pro. Everything seems brighter and it is lighter and thinner. I hope it does as good a job as the last one. Also. I really like the rose gold. Nice girlie color. Now to order the I phone 7 to match.

My first iPad suffered death by drowning in Coca Cola. I am happy with the purchase of this replacement. I have never had a problem with either device. It was easy to recover my pics and contacts though I am not at all tech savvy. I was able to keep my previous iPad working long enough to be sure everything was backed up.

I have an android tablet (about 4 years old) that got so slow that it was useless for online use. My son in law has an ipad that is 5 years old and still going strong .On that comparison alone I decided to make the switch. Researched available products on BestBuy.com and decided on this product. Did not disappoint.

I purchased this as a replacement for my old school white MacBook because it's basically dead. I absolutely love my iPad, and I'm incredibly happy with my purchase. I think the 9.7 size is perfect. I do wish the iPad Pro came with the pencil, and/or the Smart Keyboard, but that is an Apple concern, not necessarily Best Buy.
