I thought something was wrong with it because the Smart Keyboard would not work. Turns out when I backed up from the iCloud I had a corrupted file. Took an apple tech to figure it out after the fact. Any problems talk to in store apple tech first. Awesome service from apple tech.

But there is a reason that we are an Apple household. Great products, and this is one. Chose this over the larger iPad Pro because it is replacing an earlier iPad and I did not think the larger model would be as ergonomic as this smaller model. Chose the Pro because the sale made the price comparable and because, well, Pro! Very happy with my purchase.
