    I purchased the iPad 2 about four years ago for myself and absolutely loved it. I still have that iPad and use it daily but began looking for a newer model because I dropped my iPad 2 about two years ago, the screen cracked and over the past two years the cracks expanded more and more. My husband asked me repeatedly to fix it or replace it. Since that iPad is outdated, I figured I would replace it with a newer model. I go back and forth between both devices but the iPad Pro will be my "go to" device soon. I like the picture quality on the iPad Pro better than the iPad 2 and some of the improved features. I haven't really used it enough to comment in great length. We shall see......

    This is the best iPad yet. In my family, we have purchased 3 different generations of iPads prior to this one. The features are wonderful and I absolutely love the keyboard and pencil. I don't think you can appreciate this iPad unless you get the pencil with it. We will definitely be purchasing the next iPad that comes out!!

    I was very happy with the store service and the product. I am a however, unhappy that the % received for opening aBest Buy card was only half what was promised. I am still awaiting the other 25% as was stated when I called customer service. Also,I am unable to print so will need to rake my device to the store for purchases.
