This is my first Apple product. I am 50 + and it was easier to set up than I thought it would be and I am not a tech geek. Bought the Apple Care for peace of mind because I knew I could call if I need any help or questions with my new iPad.

It was my daughters birthday and she asked me for an iPod pro, therefore, I qualified to a credit card in the store and I bought it for her mailed it to Florida and she's excited with the device and I'm thankful to Best Buy for your service

As a teacher I use my iPad Pro every day! The apps are excellent, easy to use, screen is clear and camera takes great photos.

I have been an IPad user since the beginning. Still have the original. This IPad does everything I need on a daily basis. No need to fire up my laptop for small tasks. Worked perfectly out of the box and easily set up to my preferences.

Even though its 2 yr old model, but still better Than ipad 9.7. Faster and responsive. And the price was good as well

This iPad is just a step up from my iPad2 that I can't even tell you how happy it makes me. My other one had gotten to the point where it quit working in the middle of a game or movie and I'd have to restart it. Now I don't have to!!!!

As a graphic designer who owns a business, I wanted the pro features of the Apple Pro so I could utilize the Apple Pencil. I love the new size of the 9" because it's large enough to use during client meetings but yet easy to pack on the go.

This iPad is a replacement for my son whose current iPad's screen is massively cracked. This has the price point that we could manage and it will allow him to do all that he needs to do. Thrilled with the product and the value.

When my wife's old iPad began giving her trouble I researched her options for a new one online -- and Best Buy had a great selection at a fair price. I ordered one online and we picked it up at our neighborhood store an hour later.

I had the previous ipad but I wanted to upgrade to use the Apple Pencil. I'm so glad I did. I went through multiple stylus type pens to draw with and they were not as accurate as the apple pencil. I am VERY pleased with my purchase.

It can do everything that it is advertised to do. I also bought the Apple Pencil it works great for editing PDFs and not having to carry extra papers everywhere I go. I would highly recommend this product for those looking for a tablet.

It's basically what you'd expect with an Apple product. I was forced to have to buy one, so I wasn't thrilled with the price I had to pay. Not to mention, Apple products never go on sale. When they do, you save nothing... Plus you can't use a USB to back up anything. Yeah, you can use the iCloud or whatever, but I don't like having to rely on the Internet for all of my documents and pictures and such.

I purchased as a gift for the wife during the Christmas in July sale and later found it to be $50 cheaper on Best Buy a couple of weekends later and they of course price matched. Great power out of the pro at a fantastic price.

Amazing price on this item. The size is perfect for my use and I am replacing a iPad mini 1st generation. Exciting!

Much easier to use then my Samsung Galaxy. From the start up I found it fairly simple to use. Very much like my iPhone.

I bought this iPad to shoot some video of a piece of machinery I was installing. It does great video, awesome pictures, and has a fast internet browser. I know there is a lot more to it, but it does great for what I've used it for so far.

Have been using this iPad constantly since it was purchased a little over a month ago. Have not had any problems, and I like it very much! It is replacing my iPad2 which was starting to run very slowly and seemed to be wearing out.

Performs as expected, and meets all quantity standards. Best tablet on the market with many compatible products available

I have the 12.9" and absolutely love it. My Wife would take mine to work and she enjoyed using it, Decided to pick one up for her and she's ecstatic. Perfect for work and using around the house. No need to bring out the bulky laptop.

Bought the iPad for my wife who is a little technophobic. She has no problem using it. Super stable and easy to use.
