the screen is a little harder to look at and text can blur a little due to a function where refresh rate changes to save power.... I prefer the Air 2 even though it isn't as fast. Also the true color didn't ever look quite right on the 9.7 Pro.

This is for my son who loves to use apple products. To me buying an apple products are always a ripoff. Customers pays hundred or thousnads over the time they own an apple products and company makes billions by ripping off customers.

I bought this on sale-they forgot the charger that was included. So I took it back in less than 24 hrs&bordered on line.Store told me $35 restock What???new ch/not written anywhere. A very nice cs rep did not charge me. Be careful!

I replaced my Kindle with the new I Pad. . I hoped it would be easier to use for some of the things I like to do. So far I'm experiencing mixed feelings. The size of the screen makes viewing much easier and more pleasant , but it's size makes it heavier and harder for me to handle. I have had psoriaic arthritis for over 50 years and my hands don't function as well as they used to. It is difficult to manage if I'm in bed. It is complicated by the case I bought for it. Otherwise, I love it.

I would not buy the pro again. Other then smaller size the pro is the same as my old iPad2. The big reason I got the pro was to be used with the Apple Pencil, the pencil was another waste of a100 bucks.

It's great and sounds great. Is it that much better than the previous generation? No way. Save your money unless you're hung on the sound, the camera, and the toy pencil. Cheers!

This replaced an older ipad my parents had for performance reasons. The results weren't as pleasing due to no significant speed changes and what Apple did to newest iOS software.

Excellent battery, very fast compared with Ipad Air 2 or Snsung Galaxy.

I had an IPad Air before and I loved it... this IPad Pro just has been freezing up a lot for some reason... very irratating

It is a good product. It replaced my kindle. Pencil is very sensitive, but not that great. Microsoft Surface 3 pro is better.

I got this as a Graduation gift from my Grandparents. I originally wanted to buy it my self but my pops surprised me. I was between the 12 inch and the 9.7 inch. I was going to buy the bigger iPad but as I use the 9.7 inch I keep falling in love. Going from the air to the pro was a big change and it was for the better. The pro is faster, brighter, smarter, lighter, etc. I also got the pen and the 9.7 inch otter box in which I love. The pen is amazing. I would recommend this iPad to anyone. It's also great for school students like me. Easy to carry and very easy to do work on. Please think about getting the 9.7 inch iPad Pro!!

I was overwhelmed upon opening this as a Christmas gift. This would replace my previous iPad that I truly enjoyed and had served me well.got the Geek squad invite for setup, so I took my new item from its box merely to charge it in preparation for my set up. Plugged it in, allowed it to charge to 100 percent and fulfilled the request for my fingerprint recognition. Everything seemed to be in order until the next time I turned it on and was asked for the pin- I never set up a pin and as a result my iPad was disabled. Went to the geek squad, after paying for the Apple Care service plan- I was told that nothing could be done. I volunteered to return it- and was told Best Buy wouldn't even refund the purchase price on a disabled iPad. I would need to take it to an Apple Store. I did this, on a weekday, and after 5 hours of waiting on a very uncomfortable stool,, finally got the iPad unlocked.the WORST service experience of my life. My prior Apple experiences had been vastly different. Truly disappointing and not at all a "good value" purchase
