I love my iPad. Wanted a newer model since I was buying it myself. Was originally gonna get the newest iPad Air

i never asked for a 32g, i asked for a 64g from the sales rep. I am just realizing after 2 years later, i purchased the wrong product. I conversed with the sales rep about a 64g. After my wife started complaining about memory space as of late, i became aware of the matter.

Took it back for the 10.5 and do not regret my decision at all

New way to check email. I do not have to sit at the computer all day.

this was my first iPad purchase and it was okay, eventually it died on me.

Battery did not hold a charge. Died right after warranty was up.

I'm disappointed in the lack of internal memory this new ipad has.

It does not run any faster than my last Ipad air II. They changed the magnet strength and location so my last keyboard case does not work now. Additionally the battery does not last as long as the Ipad AIR II . Overall I am disappointed. First time I am disappointed with an Apple product upgrade.

I had to return iPad Pro for a new one due to software issues.

This iPad is absolutely amazing. I upgraded from an iPad Air and this won completely kills that one in every shape, way, and form. Personally, I'm not a fan of the true tone display, so I actually turned that feature off. Everything else is amazing. As soon as I picked it up, I was amazed by how much thinner and lighter it was compared to my iPad Air. The cameras on this iPad are the exact same ones that are on my iPhone 6s, and we all know how great of a camera that is. This iPad blows away my iPad Air in terms of performance. The Air lags just from performing simple tasks, such as typing. This one runs so smooth and amazing that it makes me feel sorry for anyone who still owns the original iPad Air. The display is absolutely stunning. It has the same resolution as my old iPad, but this one just looks so much better. It feels like I'm looking at a sheet of paper, even with the true tone display feature off. The colors are very vibrant and text is very crisp and everything is sharp. It is amazing for viewing pictures, taken with the new 12mp shooter. And the speakers just blow away anything in its class. It's actually somewhat unbelievable that something this thin & light can produce this much sound. "Hey Siri" is a useful feature as well, just like with my iPhone 6s. Touch ID is great to have, though it is not as fast as the sensor on my iPhone 6s is. However, it is definitely better than not having it at all, because entering a passcode all of the time on my old iPad Air made ME feel old. I do wish it had 3D Touch. I think it's the only thing missing when compared to my iPhone 6s, and in my opinion, it is a pretty big loss, as I use that feature a lot, especially in iOS 10. All in all, this is a great tablet and I would recommend it to anyone.

cancelled purchase as received same product as gift

Dunno why they decided to call this the Pro. Should be the Pro mini. No reason to charge $100 premium while halving the ram of the actual pro and just including a better screen and more speakers. They've always just kept the same price point at each new release. That aside this is the best iPad you can buy right now.

Brought it home,started entering my info,and the screen started flashing gray lines and constant changing colors.......returned it to Best Buy......Best Buy provided me with a new one

I left this in my car in the desert and it got really hot with the windows closed. It smelled like burned toast but it was actually a dead snake in my trunk.

I have always purchased open box and been satisfied! That being said, I can't believe they would even let someone return this item in the condition it was in. I had to drive two hours to return and purchase a new one. I called the next day as the item went on sale and the only price match they would give was after my reward certificate were applied to order. I have spent thousands at Best Buy, but this will be my last purchase. Very unsatisfied. Deleting app today and closing account!
