I wish I had never bought it. It is unreliable. My previous iPad Air works fine. I struggled to install a backup on the iPad Pro. But when I configured the iPad Pro ELXACTLY the same way, My email doesn't work at all boooo.... I updated it to 9.3.2 iOS,no change. I am not sure whether it is a problem with the firmware,maybe. I'm waiting for iOS 10 release to see if Apple can fix it, Otherwise i will just toss it in the garbage.

I own the iPad 2, and was eyeing the iPad Air 2. Then the iPad Pro 9.7 came out. First fell in love with the weight, Then the screen, then the sound, all of my senses said Yes! I wasn't going to buy the the pen until l was at Bestbuy and watched another customer trying it out. I will be back for the Apple Pencil, and case

Bought during black Friday. Almost 6 months old item sold as open box. Only 6 months warranty left on the item. Open box is item returned in and sold in 30 days or so of purchase and not almost 6 months old item. This is used and should been marked down to $250 instead of $426.99+tax. Came in plastic wrap no original manufacturer packaging or box, charger had scratches and ipad had finger marks all over it.

Ive been using my new pro 9.7 actively all day and find it to more then exceed the expectations I had. True Tone technology is fantastic, the tablet is fast, responsive and the battery life is better then advertised. Worth the upgrade.

I did not like the ipad over priced as you can get the air cheaper with same quality

Awesome product but it was not charging. So I had to return the product and get a new one.

I would not recommend any "open box" items having problems I think I'm going to return it

A issue has developed with charging. It's plugged in all day and does get past 86% charge.

It might be a good device -- I won't know until I go back to BestBuy and have one of their reps show me how to use. The instructions are just diagrams with arrows. I've followed everything and had someone else also try and it's not working. It could also be that it's a malfunctioning device.

Ordered online. Received promptly. Tried to setup, iPad was disabled. Took to Best Buy - couldn't fix it. Took to Apple Store, wouldn't fix it. Had to return to Best Buy for full refund.

This is my second iPad , so I was sceptic about some of the reviews. This iPad is Great ... So much faster than my first one.. The sound quality is great, the picture is great , what is there not to like about this pro. The price leaves a little to digest , but In my estimation , it was worth it.. I bought the Apple case too love it. Fits great.. This is the iPad to buy if your out looking ...

I expected an over-the-top iPad for this price point. What I got was the latest iPhone (iPhone 6s) in tablet form. Total disappointment in Apple. Don't waste your money.

Had been using the mini 2 for quite some time since it was my first Apple product. After getting the iPhone 6 Plus, the mini seemed a bit redundant. That and the sound quality had always grated on me. The Pro is world apart. The display with its TrueTone, makes reading on the device a joy instead of an eye tiring chore. The sound quality is truly surround sound as you can hear the nuances in true stereo. I believe that my previous mini was getting to the end of its upgrade cycle as it has begun to freeze and stutter. The processor in this one has been fluid from day one. Restoring the mini's back up was a cinch so there was no starting over. Truly an amazing device.

iPad was damaged when I opened the box. Screen was cracked. Operating system would not open machine. Waiting for replacement in gold colour.

This iPP at 9.7 inches is the best so far. I also have the larger iPP and it is way too big and not as portable. This 9.7 one is a small/light laptop alternative and also doubles as the best ebook reader since its the closest size to a book page. Only thing better would be a slightly larger iPP at 10-11 inches. Great screen.

This is a very nice upgrade from iPad 4. It is fast! The true tone is a welcome feature, the 4 stereo speakers are awesome! Being an iPad user since the very first generation, I can say that it has really come a long way. But this is not quite a laptop replacement but will be able to handle simple tasks away from my iMac. Although I ditched my second generation Macbook Air for this model for the reason that iPad is more suited for quick web browsing and checking emails and the weight makes a lot of difference when travelling.

After one month and a half, my ipad which I bought from Best Buy needed to repair. Never dropped or got wet. Just got a bad one.
