Fast and responsive. Everything works as expected. Beautiful accurate true tone display. Very slim with superb battery life. Switched from iPad Mini 2 and this one is much faster and snappier. Web pages load quicker and the tablet is much more responsive.

It is not compatible to use with a usb drive, cd, DVD.

I like the size. It's perfect for travel. I can watch movies and read books on it. The battery life and camera quality is amazing. I'm still learning more about the product, however I have been a long time Apple user and love this iPad already.

I hate Best Buy and their customer service is horrible I wish I never had a card with them

I use to have a iPad Air before this, so the jump was impressive, fast processor, lauder speakers, much lighter than my old one, you can have everything in a small package and i just love my new one, it is perfect, I do use it every single day!

Had trouble working on drafting floor plan changes

I previously had owned the iPad 3, and as many iPad lovers know that was probably the worst iPad Apple has ever released. So making to jump from that, to the iPad Pro 9.7 was incredible. The tablet is lightning fast, and the multitasking split screen is certainly a feature that was made for this iPad. I love the quad speakers for listening to music and watching videos, it's almost as good as using a Bluetooth speaker. Overall, this is truly my favorite device I own right now because of the high quality and great features.

I already own a iPad air but I really like new 9.7" iPad Pro. It's faster, lighter and has a better camera. Sound is good too.

I bought this iPad after many years without one. My first tablet was iPad 1 and had never had one since. It has been very useful to read books and emails and play games and even do some home works. I bought a stylus cheaper than Apple Pencil and I have been writing notes on it. It is fast and responsive. This will not replace a laptop, but it is certainly more portable than one. The sound is loud, and the colors are very nice. True Tone is my favorite feature by far! Very great product.

I have owned various IPads since the second generation IPad 2 in 2011. This iPad is without question the best iPad Apple has ever produced in terms of speed, weight, camera specs, and screen color accuracy and clarity. I purchased this several weeks ago when it was on sale with the student discount and its a phenomenal value. I'd recommend this tablet to everyone from newbies to veteran tablet users. You can't go wrong with an iPad!

I just bought this as a birthday present for my mother and is replacing her 5 year old iPad 2. The difference is remarkably evident. Much lighter in weight and sleeker, this iPad is way faster with the new IOS 10 and includes the night mode feature that switches the regular blue light to a sleep conducive red light to help maintain that healthy circadian rhythm despite the late night iPad enjoyment. My mother loves it!

The Ipad Pro 9.7 inch is the beat Ipad I've owned so far. While not a huge improvement over the Ipad Air 2 it is noticeably faster. The extra memory is also nicer, although the extra $100 price jump was not welcome. Notice to prospective buyers: the Best Buy trade in program and price match helped save a bit of money.

The Apple Pencil takes the iPad to another level. It is a GREAT tablet for notetaking and drawing and more functional as a temporary quick fix laptop. That said, it is not a laptop replacement quite yet, but can help in a pinch. Other than that it's pretty much what we come to expect from an iPad with great improvements to the camera and speakers. Highly recommend.

Was wanting to move up from the Air and was looking at different tablets and wanted a bit more power and to use better accessories. Really wasn't sure we would want a 12" though. Ran across this on sale at a competitor then checked here at Best Buy and it was a better sale yet. The sale and the specs made the decision for us and we went for the Pro 9. Saved $100 plus used up some Reward bucks, came out less than the cost of the Air 2 16GB!!!!!! Tablet is nice and light, a lot faster than the Air, thinner than the Air. Display is a little nicer than any of the other iPads. Touch seems more accurate. Loading and transferring was very easy; backed Air to cloud then restored to the Pro. Done. Even without the new pen, writing is very easy and accurate with finger or plain stylus. It's "NOT" a laptop killer. But it is a very, very nice tablet that will fill most normal needs and do some actual work, too and still have room and power to spare. Pictures taken with this are very nice and the Face Time is better too. We got this to replace the wife's Air and that passed to me, after trying this out, now I want one for my desk! And I'm a PC man at heart!

I was waiting for an iPad with more than 1.2MP front camera, and 5MP does the trick for clear FaceTime videos !! Personally I like to mirror my content to TV via Apple TV and older 1.2MP camera resolution was not good enough... Also its fast responsive and feels like a next gen product. Happy with the purchase....!
