This is a wonderful tablet. The display is beautiful, and it's very speedy. It might be more than necessary for the casual user, but a pro user will benefit from the screen, speed, and ability to use the Apple Pencil and Smart Keyboard.

I had a hard time deciding between this and the ipad pro 12.9" version. A few things swayed me into buying this 9.7" one. It felt better when holding it in my hands, $200 cheaper, improvements made to the screen (True tone display, less reflective, brighter), and also the upgraded camera. The 4 stereo speakers will certainly amaze you when gaming or watching movies. The sound made a bigger difference that I thought it would and certainly is better than any Macbook or very expensive gaming laptop I've ever owned. I also love that any problem I have, I can just walk into a physical Apple store and they are outstanding about making you happy and fixing the problem.

Awesome tablet, fast with no lag, light weight and very good multi tasking, I have multiple iPads and a galaxy tab and think IOS is more stable and easier to use then android.

This is the ipad for students. The screen can be divided into two parts and two applications can be run at the same time. The four speakers on the corner are really awesome

I bought this iPad strictly for class usage and so far I absolutely love it. The screen is clear, it processes very quickly, and the camera takes beautiful pictures.

Upgraded from the iPad Mini 2, so far it's been a great update in terms of speed. Everything is blazing fast and the sound quality is superb. Going to minus 1 star for rehashing the same old ipad design over and over, would like to see slimmer bezels in future iPads.

I love my iPad Pro in gold. I purchased this to replace my ever so aging iPad 2. The pro is so much faster with the new A9 chip. I also purchased the Apple keyboard which works seamless with the iPad Pro. The iOS 10 works great on the iPad platform. I like how you can now use a split screen view. I have noticed the Pro goes through the battery a little quicker than my older iPad 2. Worth it!

The iPad Pro is light, and powerful. I'm very excited to use it for grad school.

I picked up a certified refurbished one of these for about $450. The product came in like new condition and worked great. This one is definitely a lot more peppy than my previous ipad air 2...and the extra storage is nice too coming from a 16GB tablet. The screen is very responsive and has more than enough brightness (you can really crank it up). The speakers sound better than any tablet I have ever used...and I have used a LOT of them! Its obviously not going to sound like your home theater system...but it sounded very good and full! I use my tablet maybe 2-3 hours a day...and I find I only need to charge it once a week or so...so the battery lasts a very long time!
