We had the 3rd generation iPad, but it was not accepting the routine updates. Went to Best Buy and the Apple consultant totally blew us away by demonstrating the new 9.7 32GB iPad Pro. It is a wonderful upgrade. My advice is to wait for a bundle deal. We were able to get the Microsoft Office package and an Urban Armor Gear (UAG) case for free. Preparing to invest in the thin keyboard and Apple Pen. LOVE IT!!!

I decided to use the Best Buy Trade in program to upgrade from my original IPad2 to a new Ipad Pro 9.7. I took my Ipad2 to the Best Buy store and received a gift card for the trade in. Next I went over and selected the New IPad Pro 9.7. The Associate helped me select the specific model I required and I used my trade in gift card in making the purchase. The new Ipad is much faster and has some great features the older model did not have. Best buy helped make the whole process go very smoothly!

This iPad is very easy to use and very light. I would recommend this product to anyone who is looking for a great tablet.

Works quite well and the screen is outstanding. Upgrading from an iPad3 and it is quite a difference in the screen and the weight.

The iPad Pro is very fast and responsive. The sound is so much better than it was on my iPad 2. And the colors are rich.

This tablet has great speakers in it. It puts out a lot of sound for its size. The tablet perform with speed and function. I bought the apple pencil and was disappointed by the combined performance of the 2, but i do feel the tablet itself is worth the money. I can't wait to get the keyboard.

i love pro, 9.7 inch is good for girls, specially when you travel, it works perfect, good camera and high resolution screen.

I upgraded to the 9.7 iPad Pro after years with the original iPad Mini. As I am making the switch from physical textbooks to electronic textbooks for university, I wanted something sleeker than a laptop but just as powerful. The iPad Pro is exactly what I needed. Simply put, this is a stellar machine. The transition from app to app is as quick as it is seamless and the display is literally brilliant. I cannot recommend this enough. I got a great deal on it, but would have easily paid full price.

Have an older iPad 2 that was so slow and this is a great improvement. Fast, good speakers, great display screen. Love it!

This is a very fast ipad, apps running smooth, but the problem is with storage, only 32 Gb. It should come with 64, not 32Gb.

Finally was able to upgrade to the iPad Pro 9.7 from my iPad Air 2. Wasn't to happy with the price but went ahead and made the purchase. I was very surprised with the sound of the 4 speakers especially when you have it in the landscape position... Wow!! Great camera taking awesome photos. Big improvement on the display as well. I was very happy with the Best Buy employee who helped us out as he was very patient with all the questions I had. Thank You ! Couldn't be Happier with my purchase !!

Got the iPad Pro at a great price. It's fast and light weight. Will be purchasing the pencil and Smart Keyboard soon

My older iPad 2 was getting where it would kind of freeze and took forever to go to a site so I decided it was time for a new one. I like this and I'm sure it does a lot more than my older one if I knew how to access them, but since you never get any instructions with new products anymore you have to learn on your own I guess. this is slimmer than my other one but I can say the battery life sure isn't as long either. It runs down a lot faster and I have to charge it in the middle of the day.
