These sound so good! They are comfortable and i dont feel like my head is being weighed down by them even though they are heavier than some of the competing manufacturers and since they’re made by Apple setup and use has been absolutely seamless! Once they were paired with my phone, they automatically connected to my iPad! The ANC is not the best but decent but if you are already in the Apple ecosystem the benefits of these more than outweigh that small downside.

The AirPods Max 2 are amazing! The sound quality is crystal clear, the noise cancellation is outstanding, and they're very comfortable to wear. They connect instantly with Apple devices and the battery lasts a long time. Definitely worth the investment.

I’m not an audiophile, but these headphones sound great to me! I absolutely love how they automatically connect to all my Apple devices. They’re heavy, but don’t feel heavy on my head. I wear them for hours every day.

I picked these up for my wife, and the sound quality won her over fast. Vocals and detail come through clearly, and she noticed a real step up from her old pair. Battery life held up well too. Apple rates these at 20 hours with ANC on, and that lined up with how she actually uses them day to day. The one thing that didn’t click for her was the weight. At over 13 ounces, these are noticeably heavier than typical over ear headphones, and after a couple hours of wear she’d start to feel it on her head and neck. It wasn’t a dealbreaker for shorter sessions, but on longer days it became something she noticed. Great sound and battery life, just be aware of the weight if you’re sensitive to heavier headphones.

I’ve had a couple of headphones over the years but always ended having to get a new pair due to wear and tear. I never saw myself spending $550 on a pair of headphones. Although I finally decided to do so. It’s about to be 3 months of ownership, I do not regret my purchase and here’s why: 1. I have big ears so they encapsulate them better than any headset I’ve ever owned. 2. The aluminum build makes them feel much more durable than the usual industry standard: plastic (which is a lot of headphones in the market), feel like I can take them anywhere. 3. They pair instantly once they are out of their case, no need on waiting to power on and eventually connect. 4. They sound very good, even tremble (bass) well. 5. The dial makes it easier to turn up / down the volume vs clicking buttons on other headphones. 6. They are in the Apple ecosystem, which makes things so much more easier, things like the auto pairing when moving across Apple devices and the “find my” features are top tier. 7. I don’t take phone calls on these usually but when I do, the mic is the best one out of all the headsets I’ve ever used. 8. Future proofing is very good due to you being able to switch out the ear cups, other headsets start to peal after a 2-3 years and you can’t switch them out. Reasons you might not like them: 1. You’re not used to wearing headphones nor the weight so I can see why after a couple of hours they might feel uncomfortable, but with time you get used to it. Through regular headphone wear / use I’ve already overcome this feeling. 2. There’s cheaper options which is fair, I was hesitant because of that as well. But I do not regret the purchase, just wait till they go on sale. Seen them drop to $400. 3. The battery is only 20 hours instead of 40 hours of like let’s say the Beats Studio pro’s (also made my Apple). It’s kind of a let down knowing Beats a cheaper headset (studio pro’s - still a flagship model) has 40 hours over the 20 hours Air Pod Pro Max but I just added it to my routine of charging my devices, and now I don’t notice it. Although in my case I do wear my AirPods Pro Max’s for about 6-10 hours a day, my current role is remote, so I’m using the AirPod Pro Max’s all the time. They do charge fairly quickly. 4. If you’re moving a lot, like at the gym they can fall off. Recommend wearing a hat or something to keep them locked in. I think this might be due to the weight, or possible head shape. I usually switch to an alternative headset for the gym, but in my instances where I’ve had to use the AirPod Pro Max’s they’ve performed as intended. They are a pretty balanced product, hope this review helps you on deciding whether to purchase or not. When I watched reviews online I felt like no one really elaborated on the topics I listed above, or if they did they were a bit dramatic. I would recommend this product, but as one you work up to. Starting off with lower end headsets and building your way up helps you see why these are so good. You can also get them as your first pair of headphones, nothing wrong with that.

These are hands down the best headphones I’ve ever owned. The sound quality is unreal—every song feels like you’re hearing it for the first time. The noise cancellation is so good it completely blocks out the world, and Transparency Mode sounds incredibly natural. They’re comfortable enough to wear for hours without any discomfort, the battery lasts forever, and the USB-C upgrade is a huge plus. If you’re on the fence, stop thinking and buy them. Worth every single penny. Apple absolutely nailed it with the AirPods Max 2.

Coming from the first generation, the difference is definitely noticeable. The sound quality is richer, noise cancellation is stronger, and everything feels smoother and more refined overall. Transparency mode sounds much more natural, and calls are clearer too. Battery life has also been solid, and switching between my Apple devices is seamless. I already liked the first generation, but these feel like a real upgrade instead of just a minor refresh. They’re still expensive, but if you use your headphones every day for travel, work, or music, they’re absolutely worth it.

The audio on these headphones are awesome easily some of the highest grades of quality on the market as of now. Battery life is amazing and lasts me multiple days with daily use. They are very portable and comes with a case which is super handy when it comes to keeping them stationed and battery saving. They connected easily and theres no need to keep turning off or on again.

Easy to connect to the iPhone, sound quality is great! Easy to pause or skip a song or show. Great option to allow sound to pass through or if mowing the lawn can noise cancel. Only down fall is after some time wearing, they can tend to feel a bit heavy, but over all great!

The sound quality it amazing along with the snug fit. I use these everyday from the gym, movies, music and on the plane their snug fit makes moving with them a breeze. The color is so fitting for every occasion. You do need to clean the muffs often due to the color selection I chose.

AirPod max 2 is way better than the first version. Sound quality is very good and it’s more comfortable than the first version. The connection on it is way faster than the first version also. Overall in general it’s a very excellent product would recommend everyone get it. It also last long too for the battery life if you use it like I do which is almost everyday.

Excellent product - the sound, build quality, connectivity, and comfortability are all top notch. Even though this may not be the innovative successor most (including myself) had hoped, it does have incremental updates worthy of your purchase. Could be considered pricey, but well worth it in my eyes. Apple products continue to reign supreme.

Sound quality on these is excellent. The H2 chip clearly did its job, vocals and detail come through better than I expected coming from the older AirPods Max. The microphone is a massive step up from the prior generation. Apple added studio grade mics this time around and it shows. Calls sound noticeably clearer than what I was used to. Noise cancellation is also seriously impressive. Apple claims up to 1.5x more effective ANC over the previous model, and in daily use that tracks. Background noise just disappears in a way the older pair never quite managed. Where it fell apart for me was fit. The clamping force is strong, and for anyone with a larger head it gets uncomfortable fast. I tried wearing them through a few longer sessions hoping they’d break in, but it never got to a point where I could ignore it. Ended up returning them for that reason alone. Excellent sound, mic, and noise cancellation, but the clamping force makes these a tough sell if you have a larger head.

Love the noise canceling on these !! Also the battery life is amazing.. I’ve set them up for the translate feature… but haven’t had the chance to test that out… obviously a little more weight than I am used too with regular AirPods … but nothing crazy.. I’m already used to it… so far overall I’m loving them!!

If you didn’t like the previous versions because of the fit and weight, you won’t like these. If you are fine with those things, then these are one kf the best pair of wireless ANC headphones you can get. Super clean sound, plenty of features if you are on IOS, and a premium build.

This has to be the best until date, the comfort, sound quality and connectivity are top notch. It automatically connects to what ever device you are using - mac/ ipad/iphone as per usage. The best noice cancellation.
