The sound is so good it's almost unfair. You put them on and suddenly you're hearing little details in songs you've heard a hundred times, stuff you never knew was in the mix. They feel great too, the aluminum cups and the mesh top band, they're heavy in the way a nice watch is heavy. You can tell every piece was actually thought about. Calls are clear to the point where people cannot tell I'm not holding a phone to my face. The noise cancellation is so strong I've forgotten construction was happening outside my window. Transparency mode sounds like the headphones aren't even on my head. And the little things keep getting me, the auto pause when you take them off, the spatial audio with head tracking that follows you when you move. I've owned a lot of audio gear and nothing comes close to these.

These really deliver a symphony that makes you feel comfortable and connected with whatever it may be that you are listening to. The price may scare you, but rest assured that it is a wonderful primary, or secondary pair of headphones

Honestly, coming from AirPod Pro 2's I love having over-the-ear headphones. The transparency setting is nice. I don't like to sit somewhere public and not be able to semi hear whats happening around me. They also turn down nicely when you start talking. They are pricy, but I probably won't be purchasing any other headphones for a long time. They work great from my laptop, to my phone and iPad seamlessly.

Bought the Apple AirPods Max 2 recently and the sound quality is absolutely incredible — rich bass, crystal-clear vocals, and amazing noise cancellation. They work seamlessly with my Apple devices, and Spatial Audio makes movies and music feel immersive. A bit heavy for long use, but overall a premium headphone experience worth it for Apple users.

This products was really great my beats had broken a work so i decided to level up so i went to best buy and tried on the apple head phone and fell inlove my favorite feature is the noise cancellation its fire. One button im the only person on this planet thanks best buy for always carry the best products.

My son bought My Pro Max 2 for Father’s Day. Love that kid. I can’t take them off. I listen to them everywhere. As a trucker, they work well with the ambient sound. The noise cancelling is A1 in the gym… Drowns out all of the noise. Chose these over the Sony’s.

Perfect sound, excellent quality very comfortable to wear

For the most part these are solid headphones. I appreciate the noise canceling and adaptive modes the most. They work pretty well in all settings: gym, work, on a walk. They do tend to feel heavy on the head after a while, and it hurts wearing them with earrings.

It's for my daughter, she has been requesting for almost a year. Finally, she got it and she Loves it. Mainly she loves to listen music and even she loves while doing her household activities and outdoors. Amazing product and best buy makes it even better as a total tech member it is covered for 2 years! I love best buy.

I bought this product because I work in virtual sales and spend most of my day on the phone. The speaker audio sounds great, especially when I’m using Apple software for calls. However, the microphone performance depends heavily on the platform being used. My team and I use a CRM to make phone calls, and I run that CRM from my MacBook Pro. Since the calls are hosted through the CRM rather than Apple’s native calling software, the microphone quality is not as strong in that setup. When I use Apple software, the microphone performs much better. The Bluetooth connectivity is excellent. It connects incredibly fast across all of my Apple devices, including my two iPhones, MacBook Air, Apple Watch, and iPad Pro. Overall, the speaker audio and Apple ecosystem connectivity are great, but the microphone quality may vary depending on the calling platform.

Slick looking with a solid weight behind them. Truly does an awesome job on making these total noise canceling. Additional features that are also helpful for those who enjoy a more causal pair of headphones to use while on the go.

Great headphones nice and crisp sounds, Apple just needs to do better on that battery life of 20 hours. My SC Crushers 2 get 60 hours I literally only charge them once a week.
