I absolutely love my AirPods Pro Max! The sound quality is amazing, and the noise cancellation is on another level. They’re incredibly comfortable, and the design is sleek. The only downside is that I chose the white version, which does get dirty pretty easily. I’ve already bought a protector to keep them looking new, but I wish I had done that from the start. It’s not the headphones’ fault; it’s just something to keep in mind if you’re thinking about getting them in white. Just a fair warning!

These are a must not a want! The noise cancellation is amazing like I don’t even care if I’m broke I literally had to get these! And black is the best color but I also like pink so I may get another pair in the future but 100% recommend

Excellent sound, noise cancelling, and ergonomics. I have owned the Sony XM3 headphones for several years now and they have definitely proven their value but the Airpods Max is truly a step above. If you own an Apple device the seamless communication between them is also another benefit over the Sony XM3's. The only complaint I would have is the same gripe everyone else has, the Airpod Max's case is poorly designed and offers poor protection.

I love having these headphones! They are great for when you want to watch movies on your phone, iPad, laptop, etc, or when you just want to drown out outside noise and listen to some good music!! The noise cancellation feature is my favorite thing to use every time I have these on. Definitely a well worth it buy!

Purchased below $450 with price match, still expensive but better than $550. I am no audiophile, but i appreciate well balanced and clear sounding music. The AirPods Max deliver and are far better, in my opinion, that my Bose Q35’s. Perfectly balanced range and clear and wide soundstage. You are in your own world when ANC is on, your acoustical surroundings are completely muted. Hate the case, very odd choice by Apple.

I have tried various types of headphones, and in general the sound of AirPods Max seems very good to me, very balanced, but I have the following observations. At low volume, the bass sounds are not very present in the music, if you want to hear the bass you must increase the volume to 75% or higher. On the contrary, in the Sony WH-1000XM5 at low volume you only hear bass and you start to appreciate the music when you have 50 to 75% volume. To listen to the music, it must be balanced to be able to distinguish all the sounds of the instruments and voices, and it must be heard balanced at any volume level. In the case of the AirPod Max, the music is only heard balanced at 75% volume. The battery power does not last the 20 hours it claims to last, the battery power lasts about 15 hours for me. The AirPods out of their case, as they are in constant communication with the iPhone, drain battery power, if you leave them out of their case in 5 days you no longer have battery power. In order to hear the bass sounds, you must go to the iPhone equalizer in Settings>Music>EQ and choose Increase Bass The AirPod Max would be perfect if it had more volume power.

Work great but charge doesn’t always hold, also cord to charge doesn’t always work

I purchased two sets of Apple AirPods Max headphones—one for myself and one for my spouse—after trying them out at Best Buy and being blown away by the sound quality. We’ve owned premium headphones before (I have Bose QuietComfort from 2019, and my spouse has JBL), but we were looking for something with more bass, and the AirPods Max delivered on that front. Additionally, the ability to pair what I’m listening to with my spouse’s headphones was a great feature. However, after using them for walking, traveling and other daily activities, we found them to be incredibly uncomfortable. While the sound quality and noise canceling are fantastic, the headphones are heavy and don’t stay secure—if you bend down, they can easily fall off. Wearing them for extended periods, like during a flight, caused me to develop headaches and tension around my head. I tried to adjust to them, but the discomfort only grew with time. The earpads are okay, but not as comfortable as my older Bose headphones, which are lighter and can be worn all day without issue. I even replaced the ear cushions on my Bose to extend their life, and they remain my go-to headphones for comfort and usability. While the AirPods Max have some standout features and a sleek, aesthetic design, they fall short when it comes to practicality and long-term wear. Ultimately, I returned the AirPods Max and purchased Sony headphones for my spouse. The Sonys offer the bass we were looking for, along with better comfort. I still appreciate Apple’s regular AirPods for walking and exercising, but the AirPods Max just aren’t worth the high price tag if they can’t deliver on comfort. Overall, the AirPods Max have exceptional sound and noise-canceling technology, but the weight and discomfort make them impractical for everyday or extended use. Apple still has a way to go in designing a product that balances form, function, and comfort. For now, I’ll stick with my trusty Bose headphones.

Absolutely amazing headphones. Absolute NEED if you are a student. I am a law student and use these every single day. I listen to the rain background noise feature and can lock in for hours. Great battery life and SO CUTE. Literally so aesthetically pleasing. I would recommend them to anyone and if you're thinking about buying them - DO IT. I treated myself to these and am so glad I did. Do not listen to the haters. I was worried about buying them because some people said they are "too heavy" and I also get bad headaches when things are too heavy on my ears, but these are amazing. They aren't extremely light weight, but as someone who is sensitive to everything, these are perfect. BUY THEM YOU WON'T REGRET IT! (Also, if you do buy them, get the silicone cover off Amazon - trust me you will be glad you did!)
