These headphones are the best I have ever used. From the noice cancellation to the sound quality, they are excellent. I highly recommend these.

The noise cancellation feature is great. Just came back from a trip with a crying child on board. Turned on noise cancellation and couldn’t hear a thing. Great for traveling!

Hands down the best headphones you can buy! They might be expensive, but so worth the price! Sound quality is amazing, quality is amazing, everything about them is amazing!

A bit tight and heavy feeling at first but personally I got used to it and they are comfortable. I mostly use them in the gym (I bought white silicone covers on Amazon to help protect against sweat ) and mostly do cardio and they don’t fall off, not sure about weightlifting tho. The noise cancellation and audio is very good no complaints there . A bit on the pricy side but if you can splurge go for it ! If not I’ve heard the sony xm4s are a great competitor I was torn between these and those. Overall Very sleek and aesthetic!

I've had mine for about a year and don't regret a thing. Awesome sound. The reason the case doesn't cover the entire headphone is they really wanted to highlight the fact that there are two separate computing chips in each ear, and the plastic that connects them is totally irrelevant to their operation. It's literally just holding the two "phones" together. It's a little pricey but worth it if you're in the Apple ecosystem and are sensitive to noise.

Really comfy on the head and im a bigger guy with a big head, yet they are srill perfect around my hears and comfortable on the top of mt head!

Did a lot of research before buying it although I’m an Apple fanboy and have all Apple products( iPhone, iPad, MacBook, AirPods Pro and Apple Watch) I still wanted to make sure I was getting the right product. I know it’s very expensive and probably not the product for anyone but I started saving from the day they were announced. I watched every single review on YouTube and I don’t regret buying them at all! Definitely worth it!

I did purchase theses open box , but I love them they came clean , very easy to operate , most definitely recommend, only down side , they do hurt the ears after a while and are a little heavy

Pretty much perfect. They’re comfortable and I love having the option between canceling out all of the noise around me, or transparency so I can stay aware of my surroundings. Bonus points for doubling as ear muffs in the winter, LOL! I usually charge these once a week just to be safe, but they haven’t died on me yet! Best Buy’s refurbished packaging was great. The condition of the headphones were great too of course. 10/10. I prefer Best Buy for my Apple purchases, hands down.

Actually I can say a lot about this product, it is super good from the presentation of the box to the last details, the sound is super good, the sound cancellation is another level that I loved too much, I have had other headphones but I had never tried one like that. the best and it looks great on me for the gym, for work and for going out and I love the color so much because it matches any outfit I would like to buy another one for my girlfriend because it is super good, because she tried it too and loved it too much for all its qualities

I’ve recently upgraded from AirPods Pro’s 2 to AirPods Max because it kept falling off my ears and didn’t feel comfortable with that so I think the AirPods max would fit perfect for me and it 100% does but still gonna keep the pros 2 that’s an good combo and it’s definitely worth it for those who not comfortable with the AirPods and also bought the max on 05/09/2024 but forgot to review it.

I am a person who buys from a store to directly purchase a product to ask questions about the product and check the condition of the product immediately. I think price and quality are the most important when buying things. In this regard, I think you can buy Best Buy items with confidence. When I bought "Apple AirPods Max", there was a discount event. I was able to buy it at a much better price than other stores. I am very satisfied with the packaging condition of the product and the kindness of the staff. Noise cancelling is better than other products. The sound quality is good, too. The connection is very simple and easy to use. Best Buy's stuff is reliable. I'm always happy to buy things from Best Buy.

these are the best headphones i’ve ever used since i got them i haven’t stopped taking them anywhere i could possibly ever use them. they are also very comfortable and do not hurt at all to wear

i bought these a year ago and and i love them . i will be getting another pair for my sister ! the noise canceling works great and i wear them everywhere bc without out you can still hear everything!

All the reasons you want these, check the boxes. Pickup with Best Buy was the easiest thing ever, secure too.

I got these AirPod Max headphones for my first flight ever because they promised to be noise canceling and have up to 20 hours of listening. My flight was 13 hours long and these headphones lasted the WHOLE way!! I also can’t hear anything with them they are truly noise canceling, they’re amazing!! I have the silver ones and they’re so flexible to decorate anyway you want. I definitely recommend these headphones, they’re so comfortable and my favorite by far.
