Amazing headphones, bestbuy also did a price match at the time of purchase with the cheapest brand new ones I could find online. They work perfectly and was very strong and reliable.

Really great headphones. Awesome sound quality and surprisingly comfortable. Only thing is they are not waterproof so be careful wearing them to the gym.

This is my second set of Apple AirPods Max purchased from Best Buy that was open box and they are always in excellent condition. As always Best Buy and and Apple products are excellent.

I purchased the Apple + warranty with my new AirPods and waited over 4 days for delivery. Since they never arrived, the Best Buy associate had me pick them up at the store. Now my Apple + warranty that I paid $59.00 for is lost and neither Best Buy or Apple can correct. DON’T buy Apple products from Best Buy.

These are my new favorite Headphones. The first headphone that I fall in love with and used for years was the Bose AE2 which I still have today. I loved them so much when the right side of the headphones stop working I went and brought another pair. With the AirPods Max, I feel the music, the only thing that I don't like is that it doesn't connect to my devices like my AirPods Pro does. I always have to Manuel connect to the iPhone or iPad and my MacBook Pro for a pair of headphone that cost $ 549.00 that shouldn't be a problem. That the only problem that I have with them. Plus I don't like the price, so I look around for them cheaper and have best buys price match them. I got the Airpod Max for $ 409.99 compare to $ 549 from Best buys. Now I'll be honest, when I try them in the apple store, I didn't think that they were loud enough for me and when I first brought them from Best buys I still didnt think that they were loud enough. maybe my ears were playing tricks on me. but they sound perfect.

These are my sons! I was taken back by the crazy price but he lives them! Great clarity and noise cancelation! Another great product from apple!

I was over purchasing many different styles of headphones only to be broken or tattered within a year. These AirPod Max headphones are still going strong and get AMAZING battery life to boot!

Apple Airpods Max are Excellent. There is none better. The sound quality & Noise Cancellation sets a New Standard. Best Buy service is great, as always. I got them on sale around $450 which made it even better. Go for them and enjoy the Best Sound you can get from your devices.

Good headphones i used them a couple times but for 500 its a bit much i used them twice for the gym didnt like them but other than that they were amazing head and good to block out and ignore others

I’ve had these headphones for a few months now, utilizing them daily during gym sessions and within my residence. The sound quality they deliver is truly exceptional, and I particularly appreciate the noise cancellation feature, which proves highly beneficial while mowing the lawn or blocking out distractions at the gym. I would like to suggest acquiring an additional set of ear cups if you intend to use them at the gym, ensuring one pair remains dedicated to gym use and the other for non-sweat-inducing activities. Nevertheless, whether for gym or general use, I highly recommend these headphones. They deserve a perfect score of 10/10 in terms of build quality and sound.

Bought on sale for the gym. Good sound not too heavy

Had a hard time spending the money on these but when I traveled with them I could tell the difference pretty quickly. The earcups breath really well. The sound quality is great as well as the spatial audio is fantastic when you pause music and click that on you can hear everything clearly around you.

Bought an open box for cheaper headphones and they work super great. I recommend buying them open box if you can find them cause the regular price is really expensive. But really great sound quality and I love the noise cancellation!
