Excellent noise cancellation and sound quality. Also very well built and the battery is pretty decent on these. My only gripe is the 30 dollar cable you would need to buy to connect it through aux that probably should be provided with an item of this cost.

I was very skeptical about these given the price. But they have a great and sturdy feel to them. The audio quality is amazing and the noise cancellation is great and easy to use. They don’t fall or move much when running which is also a plus.

I could not be happier with these headphones. The sound quality is amazing! Switching from iPad to iPhone to MacBook was seamless. Also call quality is excellent. I was told you couldn’t tell I was using headphones when speaking. If I had to complain, it would be that they don’t supply a hard case to protect this huge investment and that the material that sits in the ears gets hot after a while and I am worried they will get stained or dirty quickly.

They work and pair seamlessly with my iPhone. Battery life is great.

Switching between multiple Apple devices will drive you insane. It will say that it's connected but then no audio will be present until you reconnect a FaceTime call, for example. I am constantly having to reconnect them, and I have attempted to change settings between automatic device detection and "when last used"; neither work. These are kind of a first-generation trap, to be honest. They are somewhat of a rip-off considering the sound quality is just simply not that great. Coming from the AirPods Pro, I was underwhelmed that these just do not sound that great and do not provide natural noise isolation. Noise cancellation actually gives me headaches, and noise cancelation mode is virtually the only way the sound quality is half decent. Do yourself a favor and forego your Apple fandom this time. Get a pair of Bose or Sony instead. They're not worth the aesthetic and definitely not worth the premium in price. The pads also shrivel up a little bit during use, so they'll be looking ugly in no time flat!

May it is my ears and head shape but take this for what it is. They sound as good as the headphones you find in the $250 to $350 range. Keep in mind that even those headphones were higher price than they are now so it is not fair to compare since those have been out the current price is due to being an on sale price. Either way though, great headphone but not worth the price tag AT ALL. Will be returning. Also were too tight on my head but I do have a big head. Definitely not to work out with. Too heavy for that. Yes you can feel their weight. Now all this I could have ignored but the sound was not $550 good. Maybe the next gen.

I bought this headphones for its noise cancelling and lightweight and they are truly amazing!

Purchased these for my wife who works around a lot of noise. While she's working she likes to binge watch every show ever created, so enter the Airpod Max. She's an Apple person through and through, so these connected effortlessly for her and provided excellent sound quality whilst cancelling unwanted exterior. She's a believer. Give them a shot for sure.

Light weight, great sound quality. Nice color. A little over priced

Great headphones but not sure if they are worth the price point. They seem to be more of a statement piece. You can definitely find cheaper ones that work just as well but I do like them. My main complaint is that I wish they adjusted smaller because they still fall off of my head and move around while working out.

Helps me focus at work with the noise cancellation. Working in a office with open floor plan concept can get a little distracting. Charge them every three days and I use them everyday.

I bought these headphones in July, they stopped working properly in October. Best Buy was no help and neither was Apple. I am stuck with a broken set of headphones. Apart from that these headphones were incredibly nice to use, however they had a bunch of problems. They are very heavy, the smart case that comes with the headphones is terrible and you are forced to use it (the headphones do not turn off when you take them off of your head and they do not have a power button, you need the smart case for that), when the headphones are turned outward, they will knock into each other very hard. This is the first problem I have ever had with an apple product and I do not recommend them because they are not reliable and have so many flaws. Definitely consider buying another pair of headphones.
