Now they are way more comfortable than airpods pros if youre gonna be using them for an extended period of time. But for the price of over $500 I was expecting wayyyy more sound and bass.

The only option Apple offered was "you would have to buy another pair." The pair I had wouldn't connect to any phone or device.
