Poor Quality!!

I paid 550+ and it only lasted a year and a half. It disconnected often while in use. Last week it disconnected for good and now it’s a paperweight. I was informed by apple that it will cost $299 to repair. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

Damaged item

This was not true. Completely disappointed, i could have saved myself the hassle and bought a brand new black friday sale one instead. Customer service were of zero help, they could only offer a return. Sad, sad, sad. Completely put off buying open boxes ever again!

Great audio but already having issues
