I was hesitant at first, not knowing what the condition of the headphones would be. I’m glad I took the “risk” the headphones were flawless and still available for me to get apple care added to them. Sound is amazing from the headphones a little heavy but premium headphones. I’ve now purchased many open box, refurbished items from Best Buy and every time, the items have been great.

These headphones are quite comfortable, even after sitting on my head for a few hours. The sound and noise, cancellation or excellent. They are a great asset when traveling. I honestly was not expecting to use them as much as I do.

Noisy cancellation works well. A little weird at the beginning when I heard my own voice on calls. The build is solid but heavy. Long battery life.

My wife loves the comfort and noise cancellation these headphones offer. As well as how easily they connect to her iPhone and iPad with the Apple H1 chip or is it the W1 chip? I first fell in love with these headphones when I saw them on display at Best Buy and tried them on I was awe at how quiet everything got in the noisy store!

The kid loves em! Good look, color and style. Holding up well - not so easy to misplace these, unlike the ipods

They're comfortable and look great. The sound is great and the noise cancellation is great. I can where mine for hours and especially when Im studying without issue. I throw them on when my kids are around and a disappear in the sounds while I AirPlay from one of my various Apple products. Its a great way to tune in and tune out.

Great headset. Simple to use and comfortable. The audio is top quality clear and smooth. The bass is awesome.

Great headphones, works perfectly for light gym sesh. Sweat proof! Very easy to clean as-well. Had them for 3 years and they still work like new.

Honestly the reason for picking this over other similar items are related to physical comfort. Notably heavier than some of the plastic headsets in similar price range but the fabric material feels soft and doesn’t seem to retain heat against my skin.

The airpods max have good sound and battery life. It charges quickly. good product

Absolutely love the AirPods Max and the sound they provide. The only downside is that they still use the Lightning connector, but the battery last quite a while and it’s not a huge deal. 

I’ve never been as pleased using an over-the-ear headphone. Ease of integration with both my iphone and iPad was as simple as bringing both devices within proximity of one another. The sound quality of both music and ohone calls out if the box was perfect.

overall a good pair of headphones, very durable, sound quality and battery life is amazing. I recommend though, if you do some physical activity while wearing them, to get a pair of knock off ear cushions on amazon just so you don’t have to worry about ruining the original ones

Insane sound quality. The fit is good and comfortable. They don’t fall off. Excellent for the gym, travel or work. 10/10 would recommend

These headphones are next level! My stepdad uses them on all his trips. He never hears us when we call his name LOL

The AirPods Max are the best set of headphones I have ever owned. The build quality is unmatched, the ANC is 100% the best you will ever experience. The sound quality is also fantastic, and these are a delight to wear. Sadly these are so expensive that you have to really question the value. At $549 most could find options for half the cost that check all of their boxes. In addition these are a bit heavy, and you cannot turn them off which is super annoying.

best noise canceling headphones on the market right now. comfortable and very easy to use and set up. could be in a busy room full of other people with other conversations/zoom calls going on, once i turn on noise canceling it feels like i am just alone with the music or on the other end of a call.

These are great headphones for Apple product lovers. The sound is very clear, with a great noise cancelling feature. They are comfortable. You can easily switch audio support between Apple products (iPad, Mac, phone, etc).
