Good quality, great noise cancelling. A little pricey, but if you can grab these on sale it helps take a little of the sting off.

I was scared to get these for my kid, cause i thought he wouldn't be able to hear us when we call him. So far he hasn't been able to tune us out, and he is tuned in to whatever he is jamming to.

The Christopher Nolan movie of headphones: there's exaggerated bass, nicely scooped but saturated mids, very adequate highs with just enough sparkle to give you that inner ear "ooooh nice" fizz. Bonded with my dad over how great even old, low bitrate music sounds with these. Made my month seeing him get to relive the classics... Strong recommend.

After reading all the expert reviews I thought these headphones would be mind-blowingly good. They are really good especially with spatial audio turned on, but I wouldn't pay $550 for them. I got mine with the $70 discount and I still think they can be about another $50 cheaper. The best thing about these headphones is using them with Apple products and not having to pair them every time you use them. I haven't compared the audio with any other headphones, and the only other premium headphones I've owned were Beats Studios, which I'm sure the Airpod Max sound way better than. Other than that, no premium headphones are worth unless you have a lot of really good music you like.

They do sound really good, but I do not think they are worth the price. The active noise canceling is very good and spatial audio is awesome. The cons are they lose connection a lot and the hefty price tag.

Noise cancellation is good that was much needed during a flight.

Purchased for 17 year old daughter as a surprise gift for Christmas. She wasn't sure at first, but absolutely loves them. She said they are incredible! Win, win for Mom!
