My box had no scratches no marks no nothing. It was nice and clean. Also, the person who helped me out in finding the product was very nice, and when they handed me my item, they handed it to me nicely and made sure that I didn’t need any more help and so on and so forth.

These headphones are the best headphones in the market right now, specially if you already own Apple products. The quality, sound, noice cancelling and overall comfort of the headphones are great. I tried a different brand for about the same price but decided to keep the Airpods Max because the Airpods Max met my expectations in everyway.

Decided to buy these on a whim and I’m so glad I did! The noise cancelling is major. I used them recently on a flight and it was noticeably different how much it blocked out. Really great sound with a lot of customizations. These are a major step up!

The quality of these headphones are unmatched, you can even break it all down with a SIM card tool. For exchanging colors you name it. My only sadness is you cannot lay down with these on, way to bulky and uncomfortable. I’m sure they have a ear muff I can swap out! Love this

They are really comfortable for long term use. The sound quality is much superior to many headphones and is similar to the Sonys. For this price point you are getting a nice pair of headphones. My only issue was the length of the shipping time. It claimed it would deliver in 2 days but took around 3-4 days to ship. Other than that it would be a 5 star review. Bass is nice treble is crispy mids are clear. Solid build quality, keeps up with constant use in and outside of school and work.

Cost a ton but these are sinply high wuality superior headphones. Eay to use, easy to wear. Great noise cancellation, easy to hear outside world when noise cancellation is turned off. The volume knob (home button) operates very smoothly. If you can afford these, biy them, you wont regret it

They are absolutely amazing! The sound quality is top-notch, and the noise cancellation feature works like a charm. I've been using them for a while now, and I can't imagine going back to my old headphones. If you're in the market for new headphones, I highly recommend giving these a try. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!

Love love love! I have the best workouts and plane rides with these headphones! I loved the quick process with buying these headphones from Bestbuy, I was at Apple and I saw online that Bestbuy had a sale and I quickly ran out of Apple and over to Bestbuy haha.

Genuinely love the look they give, the background noise shut down giving you a privacy mode entertainment and the sound is loud and clear.

Was skeptical after reading some of the reviews. I have had them for 4 days now and I am addicted!! The sound quality is great (I am a self described audio file) and the are very comfortable. Even more so since I bought I set of silicone covers off amazon to cover mesh band and earcups. Would buy again in a heartbeat and love that BestBuy price matches.

These are such good quality headphones. Love the noise cancellation and the option of transparency. The way it hugs my head to guaranteed the safety of it not falling off my head when I do my workouts. Even bought my dad a pair and he loves it as well. 10/10 recommend getting these headphones.

These are the absolute best headphones I have ever owned. I am comparing these to my Bose over ear and Beats In-ear buds I currently own. The noise cancellation in the AirPods Max is superior in every way. The sound is very crisp and you hear the highs and the lows with incredible sound. I liked them so well I bought a pair for a friend.

They did take longer than expected to come in! But when they came in they are amazing. i litteraly take them everywhere. so good for car rides, plane rides and even train rides! the noise cancellation is very good you cant hear anything! overall 10/10 would recommend!!

I had been looking for the Airpods Pro Max for quite a while. Found them in black (gray). The sound is amazing. It cancels all the noise around you. They are comfortable to wear. For working out, studying or to just chill and listening to music.

These are great quality, they don’t feel cheap and the sound is great! These look so cool with any outfit too

These Headphone are amazing! I made the switch from my beats studios and these just blew me away the sound quality is so great! Also the ease of switching noise canceling on/off is made simple with just a button! definitely would recommend to anyone except the price is very pricey but worth the buy!

I think this was by far the nicest purchase I've made. I love how minimalistic Apple products are. Although the price is originally expensive for the product, I was so happy to be able to take advantage of the sale Best Buy was having the day of the purchase. Excellent customer service too. Noise cancellation works very well, battery lasts for about three days without having to charge again, If you don’t normally use over the ear headphones, you might get a headache for the first little while, but you’ll get used to it :)

The airpod max sound fantastic just make sure you get them sale not $549 overpriced my other headphones are master and dynamic 60 sennheiser moment 2.0 and new sennheiser 3 witch are my favorite headphone for sound quality period
