The only thing I would say is a downside is that the mesh headband part of them is slightly loose because it is a used and refurbished pair. But other than that, everything is great.

ANC (Active Noise Cancellation)

Could use some work on battery life. It feels like they die so often compared to other headphones with 15+ hour battery life.
