After getting these earphones from Best Buy we had the opportunity to purchase another one for my wife at a discount. We jumped at the chance because we both found these to be heaven to use and to enjoy. We now don’t have to compete to use them. I realize it’s difficult to justify money wise but we do really like them this much. If you can afford them you won’t go wrong.

I love these headphones! They’re really simple and straight forward. They also have a really long battery life!

Not really pleased with this product. It stopped working. Wouldn’t stay paired or powered on. It was still under the year warranty. We sent it in to be repaired or replaced. Apple sent it back saying that they didn’t find anything wrong with it which I find hard to believe because we exhausted all trouble shooting steps. When they sent it back it was surprisingly working just fine. After 3 months it stopped working again with the same issue. By this time the warranty needed and we were told it would cost the same amount as new headphones to get them repaired. These headphones are not worth the price

I purchased these 6 months ago and returned them. Although they are not the best sounding headphones, iOS 15 makes them come to life, and you can’t beat the functionality, fit and finish. With that said, I purchased them again and not having to pay the full asking price was a plus. The clamping pressure is not as bad as it was the first time around and that’s why I returned them the first time. If you want to plus up your apple ecosystem this is an awesome add on. They are not for everyone, but they are cool with me.

Battery life is great, and the noise cancellation function is incredible. I love that you can go from hearing absolutely nothing from the outside world to having a full conversation with the click of a button.

Good sound. After 1 month Rt side started popping when I put the noise cancellation on without music. This popping sound hurts my right ear and I have to remove the headphones until I’m ready to turn the music on. The headphones sound great when operating like they are designed to. I sweat a lot and while working out it started making loud noises in both ear pads, like when you talk on a microphone and get to close to the speaker (loud screaming in my ears). I took them back to Best Buy and had to go through the geek squad. I have to wait 7-10 business days to get them back. I purchased them 09-23-23 and already having to take them back. What if I had not purchased the apple care plan for $69.99 plus tax? I would have been out of $500 plus. I wish I would have stuck with the beats.

MY DAUGHTER LOVE THEM. THEY WORK PERFECTLY AND IT WAS WHAT SHE EXPECTED. ONE OF THE BEST PURCHASES I MADE.
