    I absolutely love the feeling and look of these headphones. the cons I would say are that they are pretty pricey for headphones, and also they tend to slide of your head if you are doing anything besides sitting at a desk.

    These headphones definitely sound better and have better ANC than the XM5s. These headphones are VERY heavy though.
