These headphones are amazing but the battery life is horrible. It drains a lot of battery even when not in use and put in the case. I ended up returning these headphones because the price point could not be rationalized based on the battery life.

The microphone doesn't work, but the sound quality is good

They sound stellar, but to the non-audiophile it is simply not worth the cost especially when the Sony’s sound better. These are definitely more comfortable though so if you’ve tried the Sony’s and don’t think they will work long term, these would be what I’d choose. But for the vast majority of people, I imagine that won’t be the case.

Good sounds give headache after hour of usage. My Bose don’t and these do which suck.

I'm going to echo what some others are saying here. These are the best headphones I've ever used, save one issue - the phantom battery drain. I wake up every day to these things being just plain dead. My guess is because I have all things apple (MacBook for the road, imac, iPhone, iPad), and I've shut down automatic switching on all of them, but it still has the drain. On the positive, the best transparency, the best noise cancellation, and the most comfortable over-the-ear headphones. Sound is a 7/10, as I prefer the mids of the bose more, though these are still excellent. Fix the battery issue!

Good product, a bit heavy Great for noice cancelling

They're exactly what you would expect from Apple--they're stylish, they work well if you're already in the Apple ecosystem, and they're way overpriced. You can get the same quality earphones from several other companies at half the price. If you're willing to pay the price simply for the name brand and for some flex power, go for it.

Headphone worked and sounded great but I have a larger then usual head. So after about an hour or so it started to feel uncomfortable. I would at least recommend giving them a try to see how well they fit you.

Don’t really recommend getting this not worth the price.

Apple has been my go-to brand for countless kinds of devices for years. That’s why I decided to go for the AirPods Max. But my pair would frequently drop in connection and the battery did not last anywhere near as long as my other pairs of over-ear headphones. I was very disappointed in this kind of headphone, especially since it’s from a company I’ve always considered reliable. I hope the next generation of these headphones are a significant improvement.

I love the look of them, but I don’t use them like I thought I would. They are pretty heavy for headphones. I definitely don’t think they are worth the price. I love apple products but I’m not sure if I would purchase again.

I didn’t like the light band with the darker ear cuffs.

Everything is good, but it gets hotter forlong time use and feels a little bit heavy for me

My 11 year old daughter loves the look of these (she chose the blue) and they help block out all of the outside noise so her brothers can be as loud as they want and it doesn’t phase her. She’s generally hypersensitive to noise and this is the first headphones she’s owned that fit great, look great and actually does what it claims to do. Don’t let the price scare you. It was worth every penny and was a great Christmas gift.

Awesome sound. Top notch headphones that synced with my iPhone immediately. Noise cancelling is incredible. Unfortunately, I found them pretty uncomfortable after about 20 minutes. There was a lot of condensation from having my ears covered so I had to return.
