Excellent experience with this headphones. Good noise cancellation experience.

The sound quality is good but not better than any wired headphones that you can purchase wired for $200. They are also way too heavy to wear all day especially in bed or for the gym… hopefully apple make lighter headphones with NC like bose or sony… until then I won’t be buying their overears

It’s pretty tight and heavy so it hurt my head/ears!

“Cool” looking headphones but they are not really loud. I purchased the “silicone” covers for the earphones that way I would not constantly soak them with sweat at the gym & that improved the sound a bit.

Excellent quality, great performance, and comfortable fit. A bit expensive.

I want to love them, however i kee having issues with the right side cutting out and wont play. Just the left side wiññ continue to play music amd after about a minute the right side will reconnect

Sound quality was great. Ultimately I just found them to be a bit heavy and uncomfortable. I ended up returning and going back to using my AirPods Pro.

Very disappointed in best buy total tech, associate that misinformed us in 2023, supervisor Esalynette that hung up on me 2025. Our total tech got cancelled by an Assoc in 2023 so it didn't renew. Until I went to purchase 2023 we reinstated 2 days later, he informed me it would cover my 2022 purchases. Until we needed repair in '25 we discovered that Assoc failed in reinstated. Total all Best Buys fault and all I want is for someone to work with me to make this alright. I am still willing to negotiate to continue using them in the future. I like Best Buy, please someone with higher authorization to make changes and will listen to me , please call.

Best headphones purchased in a while! Work travel has picked back up and these were a need!

Doesn’t connect. Head detection doesn’t work. Returned for a new one. Same problem. Won’t connect without several attempts to reset. Hours of troubleshooting. Paid for  care. No resolution other than return product again. Would be excellent to receive a discount or a credit for unreasonable interruptions for such an expensive purchase. Terrible day

Connects with my iphone crazy fast. Superior sound quality and the noise cancellation is a great feature. Works a very long distance away from the phone as well. Answering the phone on these is really easy and the sound quality is good both ways. My only feedback would be that it needs some kind of fine tuning with the high/mid/lows. It would be nice even to adjust the bass or treble. But really good headphones.

I recently purchased the AirPods Max in space gray and I am absolutely blown away by the quality of these headphones. not enough bass. There is plenty more choices of headphones with better quality that are more affordable.quality isn’t the worst but for the price its not worth it
