Is no than I was think it will work. Some times turn off and is with battery

They're built nicely and the Apple ecosystem makes setup easy, however, AAC is super limited and I don't think the audio quality is justified for the price. Returned.

I bought these and used them 3 times when they quit charging. I tried everything but no luck. I threw them away and bought a pair of Bose Headphones which work great.

Clunky fit, uncomfortable for long listening, excellent noise cancelling.

Bought these headphones on Black Friday. I loved them so much BUT when I would take phone calls, everyone said it sounded like I was very far away. This is a deal breaker for $550. I went back returned them. The next week, I bought new ones because seriously I loved these headphones. They were defective again! Ive been threw 3 pairs of Airpods Max at Apple and Best Buy and each one has been defective.

This was an open box item, we took the item to Apple to get Apple care and was told that it was a fake. Best Buy claims that the product is verified and inspected but we received a fake product. We requested a refund they told us to mail the item back we are still waiting for our refund. The representative did not offer to replace the item for us...customer service was not helpful/friendly. Be cautious when buying open box items from Best Buy it may be a fake product!!!!!!!

Always had noise cancelling items but these bleed through… the noise can be heard from the outside

These headphones suck and are way over price. The wired option is just as bad. You won’t get Lossless Audio with Apple, it’s a scam.

This may be pricey but worth it. Love how comfortable is it.

loved these but ended up exchanging for the black pair, the white scared me and i assumed it would yellow after a few gym trips

For the price. I’ve owned better headphones that are for gaming. Not saying these are bad by any means, the materials especially. Just not worth $500.

Sound is nothing special.its a little too big for working out. I’ve had it for a month and prefer AirPods over these

i like these headphones and find nothing wiring with them although i don’t think they are worth what they are retailed at and believe you could find something better for the same/cheaper price.

Very low quality product. I paid 550+ and it only lasted a year and a half. It disconnected often while in use. Last week it disconnected for good and now it’s a paperweight. I was informed by apple that it will cost $299 to repair. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

I pod max head set is the greater than any other head set around similar price range. However, the price is NOT the greatest at all .

I pay for it, was great and came perfect, just the Asociate at the store told me a date and it came 3 days more
