So far only issue is that when you answer phone calls it sounds muffled.

Hella expensive , but the noise cancelling is sick when you at a family get together & you’re in your own world. Actually kinda nice, scared to wear them pumping gas in the hood i would consider a conceal & carry permit. These will be turning heads ngl

Good sound quality and battery life just not very comfortable and would not stay on my head and kept falling off and giving me a headache also would not stay connect to my phone

I’m writing this review a few months after buying these, and with them now in the trash. Hundreds of dollars wasted. These things have broken 3 times in the few months I’ve owned them. Not pairing. Randomly not connecting. Not turning off when in their weird little case. One time they just wouldn’t turn on at all - apparently the chip inside was fried. I’ve taken them to the Apple Store to have them fixed, but yet a month later they break again. How?! They literally never leave my home unless I’m taking them to be repaired. Never been dropped. Never been near water - they were used to game and watch movies. Please don’t waste your money on these. They’re already absurdly overpriced, and the sound quality is just as mediocre as a regular pair of AirPods (don’t even get me started on the bad quality of those either). Save your money, buy a pair of Sony headphones, or literally any other Bluetooth headphones. These AirPods Max are worthless,

Sound is good but the pressure its giving on my head after 20 mins of wearing isn't.

this is too heavy and too tight. i get massive headaches from wearing it for 5 mins...

I absolutely love them. I was on the fence about purchasing for so long because they are expensive, but 100% worth it in my opinion. Love the noise cancellation and the sound quality is fantastic.

I loved the sound quality and ease of use between devices. Totally HATED the case and the inability to easily turn it off to conserve battery life. Using them intermittently during the day was fine, but when I tried to travel with them, they were just too heavy to wear for hours. Ended up returning them.

Had to replace due to inside condensation frying the device.

Excellent pair of headset, but not sure if it's worth the price. There are other headsets out there that sound just as good at $200 less.

I have a big head. Didn’t last the test of time in comfort. Started having pressure pains on side temple.

Seriously heavy and uncomfortable. I feel this is a product miss by Apple. The pairing is fast and audio is great but I just can’t wear for short let alone extended periods. The fact they charge by lighting is also annoying and you need a proprietary 3.5mm to lighting cable if you want to use on a flight with in flight entertainment. Not recommended.

$500 is just outrageous for these headphones that are terrible. It can’t even swivel when worn around your neck

I have a mixed review on these. The sound quality is AMAZING, the material of the headset is pure PREMIUM but the actual weight is too heavy to wear for working out, walking or even sitting still. Also I don’t like that you cant store them I.e fold. If you want the current “cool thing” then yes, but I’ll just stick to the Beats3 Studio

Best thing about these is the ANC and that it’s not made of plastic. The sound is extremely flat and there’s little to almost no bass to this to give you a full sound. For $550 I expect much better than this. Go with the Sony WH-1000XM4 if you’re looking for ANC that is just as good and better sound. Disappointed that Apple is charging this much for what felt like an unfinished product. Returned same day
