I have still not received it. Called Best Buy Customer Service 10 times. I get routed to “Southeast Asia” and was told it was escalated and you will get an email in 24-72 hrs. I have not received anything. Worst place buy anything online. It’s been well over 72 hrs and Best Buy has been having money for over 20 days! If buying from online do store pick up. I just want to say I love apple, I had in mind was to use the Max for working out at the gym but it’s not made for it. It’s way to heavy and falls off when running or other gym activities.the sound is awesome made for more home use. I hoe this helps.

The truth is that they are very good, I was impressed with the quality of the sound, the only thing I think it lacks is to be able to adjust more because when you do an exercise I already have a bench. It is uncomfortable because they fall, that would only be it.

No regrets!!! I bought one for my husband for work (Zoom calls) and a in less than a month later bought my son one for Christmas. Excellent buy

Great noise cancelling and easy to fold and place in the storage case which came with the headphones. Great deal! Download the app and easy!

It is good, however it is not connect easy when you put on your ears.

I could see why these are replacing beats for top tier! Comfy, user friendly. And easy switch between noise-cancellation and transparancy mode

Love these. Probably overpriced for sure. But it’s like paying extra for a Gucci bag. You absolutely don’t need it, it’s a fashion statement.

Amazing headphones. The price is steep, but the head tracking and sound quality make it worth it. Wish I had gotten them in another color.

I love the airpods max. The noice cancelling feature actually does the job. I love wearing them while i read and workout. Super comfrtable.

At first I was skeptical on spending that much on headphones but man was impressed. These have really good rich bass not too overwhelming

They are great headphones for someone that isnt on the go I’m always moving and I workout they are horrible for me you can’t sweat or even barely move with them they suck for mobility but are good in all other areas but for me mobility and sound quality are the only thing 2 that matter the sound quality amazing 10/10 mobility 0

NIce headphones but not worth the price and also no way to power unit fully off

Gor the price you would think these would have anazing noise cancellation like the airpod pro earbuds. The noise cancellation isnt all to great but the sound quality is crisp and defined, and not loud like beats which I honestly prefer.

No noticeable quality difference between AirPods Pro and these Max. Button placement caused me to hang up phone calls multiple times. Build quality is typical Apple and very good. The price point for what you get though just isn’t there.

I wanted to love these but they're too heavy and the ear phones from the noise cancelation gave me headaches and made me feel like my head swelled up to the point that the headband was hurting my head.

The headphones worked great when they did. But I went through two pairs of headphones with each of them having the same issue. The right side would stop working, as well as the buttons. Apple's extremely limited warranty didn't allow me to get them repaired a second time. For $500, I expect much better quality. I wore the replacement for probably ~100 hours until they broke again. Out of all the Apple products which I have owned, this has got to be the worst one.
