Got as a birthday present for my daughter. Sucks that best buy doesnt issue points for Apple items. Daughter loved them though.

I wanted to buy them for long time but I didn’t expect the material to be ans feel so cheap. Sweat too much, even though you are not doing any exercise at all. doesn't hold steady. Too expensive for those airpods.

Asked to pay 300$. Manufacturing warranty doesn’t work. I brought my airpods to apple customer service and they told me that there's a hardware issue But my headphones worked in the evening, I plugged them with the charging cable and when I checked them in the morning they didn’t turn on. I absolutely don't understand why is it due to hardware issue? And they are asking me to pay 300 dollars for hardware issue but as i said I use apple products because of the quality And if you’re not responsible for low quality products I don’t see the reason to continue using them.

Horrible customer service they sent me an email confirming my purchase was ready for pickup. Then when I drove an hour to go pick it up they said it had already been sold to another customer.

So, these are great but, in comparison to some of the Sonys or other brands that are significantly cheaper theyre not that much better. This is a situation where tou really are paying for the name more than anything.

Great sound but a little heavy to use for a long period of time

This was a Christmas gift for my daughter. She loves them. They are a bit pricey, and a little bit too much bass for my taste but they're very comfortable, great noise cancellation and the usual Apple build quality.

too many things wrong with it for the high price. slipped off my head, too heavy, itchy. Swapped them out for the Bose.

Solid headphones but you have to ask if they’re worth the price

I bought mine a month ago and I’m on my third pair now. The noise cancellation button broke each time and stopped connecting to my phone. When they work they are phenomenal and that’s the only reason they aren’t 1 star. You pay $600 for headphones, they shouldn’t break within a week.

Great sound, but I can’t use them often I got a “bubbly” sound for days after & the fabric soaks up all of the sweat kind of gross

I bought these for my niece and she absolutely loves them. They are very practical. One thing I dont like is the fact, as with all apple headphones, they only give you the usb-c charging cable but no actual plug

They are not waterproof, which limits the ability to use them for heavy workouts, but they are perfect for everyday use.

They wont charge!!! Im not sure why but it seems sloppy when it comes to charging and the battery

Fits any head, outstanding sound quality. Fits completely around the ear, not just on. Noise cancellation is top notch.

Overpriced. Everywhwre I go worh them, people will state at you. They are ugly. They never connect properly with most non apple devices.

Didn't even last a year, the bluetooth connectivity just stop working and you cant connect to your device anymore. Of course apple doesn't have a solution to fix the issue, except to swap for a new one for $350. For $550 + tax you'd think they'd last. Go Sony instead quality and noise cancel is the same.
