Missing charger and connected to somebody else’s iCloud. Clearly not ‘excellent’ condition.

Overpriced, could be about $200 cheaper, but comfortable and great sound

It’s nice. They’re for my girlfriend and she loves everything about them.

Great connectivity, amazing noise cancellation and sounds is decent but after a couple months of use the firmness of the earphones decline to the point I can’t lean over without them slipping out of position.

Extremely expensive and not worth it. I love my xm4 and is way better for the price. Apple really overpriced this.

Having problems less that one day after purchase. Returned to Best Buy and was given a hard time by the manager that refused to return or replace them. Last time I’ll buy from Beat Buy and am closing my credit card with them, also.

I returned the Airpods Max. It is heavy and giving me headache plus nausea. Other headphones I have dont give me this uncomfort.

Good to use. Children love them. Got it for Christmas for them

I do like these headsets I like the way they feel on my head very comfortable. I like that they stay locked in one position. The sound is pretty good but not on all songs, I find on older songs they seem to have to much bass, and for the money that shouldn’t be. I do recommend them

I don't know why people love these. The sound quality is not great compared to other options on the market and they are extremely uncomfortable and heavy.

Outdated really big bulky. They fall bud get knocked by things everywhere. The sound isn’t as goood as I remeber them to be. Or the mic the AirPods Pro are superior in every way. These willl be a pain for you trust me.

This item was never delivered , Best Buy never help me out on this case .

The bluetooth constantly disconnected and apparently this is an issue theyve had for a while. I dont buy tech for clout if i spend 500 or more on headphones they should work properly.

Not so comfortable to wear because it clamps really hard on my head. Sound quality is about the same as my Sony XM3 which is far more comfortable. I returned it.

Folks dont hear me during calls inqqs told beat buy sells defective or refurbished and claim its new . Auch a shame if thats true .

less than a year and they broke. Don't have apple care so i guess I'm out of luck

I bought open box. Whoever did the return didnt make sure they were disconnected from the previous persons icloud. Ended up having to return them because they wouldnt pair properly with my devices.

They stop charging, you can’t hear on a call. Pink is not a pink color at all!!!
