Recieved an empty box. Terrible customer service, kept sending me round in circles then decided I should go to the police, I went they sent me back to the store. Lost all of my 400 plus dollars. Never buying here again.

All Apple products are substandard items. No reason to purchase these expensive headphones when the company won’t stand behind them when they don’t work. 2 years and kaput. Never again.

Worked for a couple of years then wouldn't connect anymore. Once they can't connect via bluetooth they also won't work even wired with the $30 special Apple cable you need to use them wired. On top of that Apple charges a minimum of $300 to fix them. Definitely not worth the price for a temporary pair of headphones

The sound is excellent, comfortable, and they easily connect to my AppleTV. Perfect for watching late night TV.

not worth $500. it’s heavy and the ear cushion gets itchy. sound is not special. also there’s no on or off button so the battery runs out quickly without the case.

Condensation in the ear cups is a real thing. Just google “condensation AirPods Max” and get ready. They felt good and quality but are very very heavy on your head because of the metal. Also, the mesh head band starts to give way after 9-12 months of usage, and when that happens they become very uncomfortable. I hope apple will fix this stuff in the next pair.

Great sound quality && amazing base however the noise cancellation was NOT as good as AirPod Pros (which I already have). So I returned these and grabbed the AirPod Pros 2nd Gen.

Brought mine back in the summer from a local Apple Store. After an hour conference call, I returned them to Apple. The headphones are so heavy and the material just doesn’t fit right on my head. I got a headache and had to take them off. Comparing them to my 7 year old Bose, I was disappointed in sound quality and comfort. Only positive was the noise cancellation. Call quality was extremely low and could not compared to any wired headphones. I substituted them by a pair of regular wired Apple n ear headphones I use for conference calling which have a way better sound quality. This is the first Apple product I returned and was really disappointed with.

I got these for working out and they are so heavy that it felt like my head was doing the weightlifting. I have a regular-size head but they don't adjust to a snug-enough fit - they actually fell off when I did bench presses. The headphone pieces were so big they rested (heavily) on my jawbone and now I have aches. The sound was just OK - my old Skullcandy pair has equivalent sound quality (and they fit better).

I was sold Airpods Max with another persons apple id still connected to them and also the serial number of the airpods does not match the serial numer on the box. They were not certified refurbished and they were not in excellent condition like they said they were. Never again.

I ordered the Samsung s24 ultra and nothing ever arrived at my home. I called to report it and they told me they couldn't help me. I lost all my money, more than $1,300. This is a rip-off.

Purchased for my grandson he said they work great and he loves them.

They lost my headphones during delivery and they didn't do anything about it, even though I was on the phone with them for hours, multiple times. Worst customer service experience I have ever experienced. They basically stole $500 from me and I cannot do anything...

My dog hates when I put it in him. I think the square edges are kind of hard for it. I put it in myself and it wasn't enjoyable either or give any AI powers.
