Returned this item - it was a gift and my daughter said the headphones are too heavy

They suck, first of all they are too heavy to do anything. Second If you have a small head, when walking the music cuts out every step you take. Also they are not water proof so you cant run with them because your ears get sweaty wearing them.

Amazing noise canceling and so comfortable to wear

Sound quality is good, but that's it. The software is buggy, insane battery drain, and no off button. Everytime I pick these up, they're dead. I have to charge each time I want to listen to anything no matter how short. Don't buy these, please. I know you're a cute apple person and they fit your strange economic focused identity, but these are just awful.

Bricked after just over a year. Would not suggest purchasing. Look online for people trying to figure out why headphones worked one day and then stopped the next. Full battery - just can’t connect to anything and noise canceling won’t work. Not worth the money for only one year’s use.

Headphones performed well for 15 months, then developed a static sound in 1 ear, Apples solution is for me to pay another $320 to repair them, ridiculous that they can’t fix an issue that is fairly common for free.

I did not receive the product, it was delivered without the product inside, Best Buy refused to ship a replacement/ give me a refund. You keep telling me to review i don’t have the product to review

Apple Wants to retain this image or façade of "We are a luxury brand" They achieved that by Making a bunch of wheel for a computer $699.00. Now did the same trick with the headset. Dont get me wrong its a good build quality but the price. That ugly price. Only thing they did was turn most customers away from the headset in search for other ones like the XM3 or Bose that only more then half as much

Best buy never delivered my order and won’t do anything to make it right.

I never got the item I ordered call Best Buy multiple times and still haven’t gotten anywhere everyone I speak to are in India it a real joke

Was connected to someone elses iCloud account which couldn’t be undone and then bestbuy wouldn’t remedy the situation, and instead charged me an additional fee to get a new pair.

I really wanted it to work out. But as soon as I placed them on I had an immediate allergic reaction to them. I had broken out with hives and rashes on my ears and neck. Had to return them. We

Uncoordinated pick up process.. ordered at 5pm came out at 7pm. Was told . The item couldnt be found... that i would recieve a different item... Then 2 minutes later.... was told the item was found.. All this nonsense towards 7pm closing time

This product only worked for roughly 30 days before failing. For the record this was the second pair of these headphones as the first pair failed in about the same amount of time. Definitely a waste of $500. I intend to return these as soon as possible.

Dont buy this overpriced product. After 6 months you will have bluetooth issues. Even if you send the product for repair, they will ship you the same product without repairing anything.

If you want to drop 550 dollars and only have half the features, enjoy.

They came broken and I had to send them to Apple and it took like 2 weeks and they are still broken.

At first glance design is so cool and comfortable around my ears. But, I couldn’t put these earcovered pods more than an hour. My eyes are sweating and not enjoying.

Great while they last, but will inevitably break for no reason with no ability to reset
