I run a small recording studio and have a speaker system probably worth 10,000$ all told. Do these sound better than that? No. They don't, really. But they sound good. And they look gorgeous. I'm not gonna lie, that's why I got them instead of Sony's offering. Who doesn't like good design? Who doesn't like to touch something that is really beautifully crafted? I do at least. Anyway, I'm not totally sure I'd say this is a smart way to spend 500 dollars. But I'm not that smart. I'm kind of a weirdo. And I thought these were neat, so I got them. I'd give them 4.5 stars if I could; close to perfect.

Great product with excellent noise cancelling feature. The color is certainly an eye-catcher. Highly recommend product!!

Sounds quality is amazing, comfort is huge (but I wish they did fit better while wearing a hat), noise cancellation is phenomenal, battery life is better than expected but let’s face it we all want more battery lol

You can tell holding them they are solid, almost heavy but surprisingly light resting on your head. The net cushion works like a champ and the overall construction is of the highest quality, they're extremely well built and look really good. Noise cancellation, sounds great, has a mic, everything one could expect. I spend a lot of time using a computer, have used many types of headphones, these are by far the best I've had.

Love everything about the airpod max. Quality is amazing, sound is amazing, and the noise cancellation is perfect. Definitely worth the money.

Amazing sound and comfort, I was somewhat was on the true sound coming out especially sjnce uve been a JBL customer for many years. I biught this for my daughter's bday present and she was truly blown away!!!!

Excellent quality on the materials and the sound is great. They’re really comfortable and your ears fits perfectly and the noise cancellation is the best. A little pricey but they can last for a while

If you’re hesitant to buy these, just take the plunge. Consider this review permission to treat yourself. These headphones make listening to anything (podcasts, books, music, a phone call with your grandma) an experience. The noise cancellation is top notch and the headphones are comfortable enough for a long flight. I’m not a headphone snob but I do like nice things and these fit the bill.

Amazing sound quality no matter the input. Music thumps, movies are balanced, and podcasts are crisp and clear. The active noise cancellation is hands down the best I’ve experienced, I’ve been on at least 5 flights since purchasing and these are amazing at keeping those sound waves out. Spatial Audio tracks immaculately well. The battery life has gotten me through entire days of traveling. Great set of audiophile grade headphones.

I was skeptical about the price but i must say they are worth it. Ok so ive went through like 3 pair of beats. The beats were too lose and fell off my head 24/7 (i have a small head). So what i can say about these is that they hug your head. They actually dont slip nor fall off. Very good for intense runs. The audio is AMAZING. I cant hear NOTHING. Not even the gym music getting through these.

Love, Love, Love the AirPods Max! The quality and comfort are everything you expect in over the ear headphones. You wont be disappointed. If you are not particular about the lightning port, you can save a good amount of $ too!

The headphones are good quality compared to some of the others I have tried in the past. The reason I did not give it five stars is because it easily falls off my head, and I have had connectivity issues, but I have attributed that to having multiple Apple products. Overall the headphones have really good sound quality, and the battery life is great.

Absolutely best headphones I have ever owned. I am an audio file and have an 80K Macintosh system at my house, over 200k in my home theater, & probably 10 sets of audiophile headphones and these things are my absolute favorite. Only things I don’t like are 1. The headphones get hot after a while and you have to pull them apart and clean inside with a microfiber because moisture from your ear gets inside 2. I’m not sure why Apple decided to use lightning instead of USB-C, after I’ve got everything set up for wireless & USB-C I now have to drag around to a Lightning cable to charge them. 3. I think you absolutely must buy the $35 3.5mm to lightning cable if you are an audiophile, That’s the only way to get true lossless/HI-FI audio (use Tidal) and it makes all the difference. Also my first set lasted about 3 weeks and then quit all of a sudden. I took them to Apple and they said that was the first pair they had ever seen come in that were dead. They told me they had never seen a pair quit before. They didn’t have any to give me under warranty replacement because I guess they never quit so I ended up buying a new pair and I will return those once my new ones from Best Buy show up

The most comfortable headphones I have ever had the pleasure of wearing. The noise cancellation is life changing (especially on planes) and they are so elegant.
