Awesome sound, great fit and the battery seems like it lasts forever.

I work from home and spend the majority of my day around my desk. So I had been looking for some over-the-ear headphones to compliment my in-ear. These are fantastic headphones with great sound quality. Like all Apple products, they easily integrate and connect. The case that comes with them is also really nice, because it doesn't take up too much room, but also protects them. Highly recommend

I know the better headphones you pay for, the better sound you get, but I truly didn’t realize how much I was missing. Using these to go back and listen to favorites to hear how full the production on songs truly is to noise canceling with the immersive Spatial Audio and watching movies is almost as good as being at a big theater. I can’t recommend them enough, they’re comfortable and will give exactly what you’re listening for.

Excellent sound quality, noise cancellation and comfortable to wear. Look for the sales as they are on the expensive side.

Good audio quality and sound. Full bodied. Comfortable on head for extended periods of time. Nice bass. Not as impactful as the AirPod Pro in-ear headphones but more layered and vibrant.

These headphones were one of the BEST finanical decisions I've ever made! They really take me to another world when I listen to music with them. I love how the battery is super long lasting anf the AMAZING aesthetic of the headphones. I'd also like to add how customizable they are! Worth every dollar spent.

I was very skeptical about these given the price. But they have a great and sturdy feel to them. The audio quality is amazing and the noise cancellation is great and easy to use. They don’t fall or move much when running which is also a plus.

Moving from Bose to Apple Airpods Max was like moving from middle seat seat economy on a budget airline to first class on an top tier international long-haul flight. These are my go to for travel. Comfortable, light weight, ability to block out noise and hear conversations simultaneously. Love it!

The audio is excellent! I am just a typical consumer tho because I tried to test them between the XM4 and it was close but I don’t have the best ears. I did have them on me for a while and it was indeed comfortable listening while minimum heat and pressure on the head. Big plus on comfort and I do regret returning them because I could not feel comfortable with the price but I was able to get a big price reduction with my past purchases points and just reordered them!

It may be expensive, but it certainly won't disappoint. I'm not sure if my review will sway your decision, but it's become a cliché to say that it's Apple, and it just works beautifully. Great noise cancellation and great comfort.

Got these for our son. He likes these better than his Beat that broke. Says the sound is comparable but they are lighter and last longer

I do not like the price point, but these headphones are exceptionally good. I have been wearing Bose headphones for a long time and the QC 700's were my most recent. These blow them out of the water. It's not even close. From build quality to functionality, these are not just better, they are a lot better. The dial on the top of the right ear cup seems 1980's, but it makes changing the volume very easy and I very much like the design. It's also just a simple tap on the right button to go from noise cancelling to pass through. The case included for low power mode is nice and since I have TotalTech, they came with AppleCare+ for 2 years. Also, the mic for phone calls is also excellent. No one knew I was talking through the headphones, which is exactly how you want it to be. My first remark was that I don't like the price point and I don't. If you can get these on sale, or open box excellent, it helps. I'd recommend these to anyone with an iPhone. I'd say they are worth saving up for. But if you do buy them, either invest in the Best Buy Total Tech, OR buy the AppleCare+ outright. Anything goes wrong with these, you don't want to be at a loss. Cover them with a warranty.

Love these headphones! They hold their charge well and they are sturdy and not flimsy like other head phones I've had.

Is the price crazy on these? Yes? Are they hard to find right now? Yes. But I gave them as a gift and these are unlike any headphones I’ve ever seen, and I have owned some nicer headphones (Bose Quietcomfort etc). The quality on these are incredible, with thoughtful design to make a heavier set of headphones comfortable. Almost all the components are metal which is great as well. And, these sound amazing. I thought these were all hype until they were unwrapped today.

Great sound quality. I would have rated 5 stars but they are a little heavy compared to other options and get hot creating condensation between the ear pieces.

I don’t consider myself an audiophile—I just consider myself someone who can fairly differentiate between good and bad sound and how to identify compression artifacts in audio. I have been a tech and audio geek since as far as I can remember and was a DJ for over 15 years. I’m the type of person who immediately judges the sound systems at clubs, bars, etc. I have a pair of AirPods Pros mainly for utilitarian purposes (doing CEUs, Zoom calls, etc.) and found that I ALWAYS had to make adjustments to get some decent bass out of them. After all the hype and seeing these on sale, I picked up a pair of AirPods Max for $430 brand new with my Best Buy rewards. I have watched multiple YouTube videos and have done several A/B tests between the AirPods Max and my old but rugged and road ready Pioneer HDJ-2000 headphones The Pioneers did their job at multiple gigs and clubs, but the AirPods Max blows them away for sound quality. The low end you hear in movies is something you have to hear to believe. The soundstage that so many talk about is the best I have ever heard in a set of headphones. All that computational audio—akin to the computations Apple implements in iPhones to create great photos from very small camera sensors—just about makes bluetooth sound as best as it can. I still have time to determine if I will be keeping them—and so far they are indeed a keeper! I passed down the AirPods Pro to my son.

I was blown away by the quality of sound and the comfort of these headphones. I closed my eyes and could hear every instrument as though I were in the studio or at a concert hall. Outstanding product that connects to devices with ease and charges quickly.
