I love how they swivel and tilt the way your ears naturally face. They are super comfortable, and the noise cancellation is amazing. They’re definitely pricey, but you get what you pay for!

Very nice apple quality over the head headphones. Sounds quality is good but the noise canceling and the speed of the Bluetooth connection is the best features. Also very comfortable for both music enjoyment or working out in.

It was a Gift for my mother. She enjoyed the noise flight on the flight, the ability to switch between her apple products with ease, long lasting battery and amazing sound range to enjoy her movies and music.

Hands down the best headphone ever !!!! The noise cancellation is really good I literally can silence the noises around me is seconds. The noise cancellation allows me to focus on my work or my workout. The music sounds so crisp and clear!!

I don't understand what the hype is with these things. Yes they are Apple and I am an all Apple household so it is definitely targeted towards me. But between the Sonos Ace (Much newer of course) and Bose, these are not that great. I returned them because they don't sound that great (it is subjective) but I was expecting to be blown away and there is something odd about the sound like its distant, doesn't get very loud and is weird sounding. Again subjective while it's clear it's not very good. ANC: This is where these shine almost too well. My Bose are phenomenal as well but they feel a bit more natural. These are so isolating, which is great if you like that but it sounds like you are alone in a weird way. It's hard to describe but it's not the best letting a smidge of noise in would make them sound more natural while suppressed. Try the Bose and these and you may see what I am explaining. Comfort: I honestly returned them for this reason, while they look great, they feel horrid for my head. They are super tight and clamping force Is really bad for me. Definitely try them in a store. They are also really really heavy! Since I have the Sonos Ace and had those first (I tried these on sale) I was kind of spoiled with their weight and comfort. I think these are built really well and look nice, but at this late date, even the sales prices are kind of high. And that it doesn't have USB C is really pathetic. Overall I recommend trying them if you want them, but maybe wait for APM 2 (if those ever arrive) and try again or check out the Bose or Sonos those are far more comfortable and, in my opinion, sound better. The ANC is top notch on both as well.

Let me start by saying these AirPodsMax headphones sound amazing and they are SO comfortable. On their technical and design merits I would give them a 5. My 4-star rating is because Best Buy shipped me a pair of Open Box (like new) headphones that were still paired to someone else’s iPhone. When I tried to pair them to mine, I got a notice that said the location would be visible to the person with the previously paired AppleID. (Strangely, the exact same thing happened when I bought a refurbished “like new” set from Amazon.) Since there’s no way a mere mortal can impair them, the only thing to do is return them. I would’ve given Best Buy 3-stars for this, but the customer service team at the Melbourne, FL store handles it perfectly. They found another open box set and sold it to me for the same price, even though the listed price was now a bit higher. Other than driving across town and waiting an extra week, Best Buy made me a happy customer. I look forward to giving the next pair a 5-star review.

The item overall is great! I got these for my S.O. and she loves them. The comfort is amazing and connectivity with the Apple ecosystem of devices is just as great as you’d expect. I personally find that the audio quality is still great but inferior to Sony’s WH-1000XM series and thats the only reason i rate 4 stars

Best headphones on the market! I had purchased another set of headphones that week but they didnt have the sound and comfort I was looking for. So worth the price.

Excellent headphones. Comfortable for long use wear and great sound quality. The spatial audio gives the impression of sound coming at you from three dimensions. Seamlessly pairs with my Apple devices! The provided case does it's job but wish it offered more cushioned protection.

Sounds great, connects easy. Look is great Price is a bit high and should come with a better case.
