Broke within a day of use, honestly overrated in terms of Apple products.

Not really worth the cash, the volume is low compared to its rivals, the bass is extremely lacking, I would get the Sony xm4 if I could do it all over again...

I bought open box AirPod Max and brought them home to find the are tied to the previous purchaser’s iCloud (Find My) account. There is no workaround to this problem unless you don’t care that you will not be able to connect them to your own iCloud Find My account. This was a huge waste of time - even when I returned them to Best Buy, the store employees had no idea how this was allowed to happen. I wish I had read more reviews on this site. Avoid this open box product or dont leave Best Buy without pairing to your phone on-site to make sure it isn’t paired to someone else’s account.

To heavy for my head. Quality and sound is superb.

I love my AirPod Max headphones. Hopefully the next Gen will be less expensive and the case will be more protective. Right now, the Max will not power down so if you haven’t used them in a couple of days it’s good to plug them up while in the case.

These are some great headphones but not for the price. I released this right after purchase.

How heavy these are make them uncomfortable for long periods of time

After while they don’t stay connected to devices no matter what. It’s annoying I would not recommend this particular headset/airpod pro

Not as good as I thought, the sounds quality is the same as the AirPods Pro 2

For the price these are average at best. There are many other wireless headsets at less cost that sound as good or better. Ecosystem doesnt save them.

I bought these for my wife a year and a half ago and she uses them rarely and lightly. They stopped working a month ago outvof the blue. Wont charge or turn on, hard teset them and still nothing. Very disappointed with price to quality ratio

These are heavy and not comfortable at all. The speakers are good, but not nearly $300 better than my AirPods Pro. The noise cancelling on these is a little bit better than the airpod pros, but the transparency is significantly worse than the pros. Overall a great fashion piece and good headphones, but you are definitely overpaying

Desired item was color blue. They told me to select the white one to ensure the prince and then exchange it. When I was going to exchange it they rise the price. Item was returned and purchased with apple directly.

Not good, hard to carry from here and there. I suggest AirPods Pro

Kind of hard to turn the headphones off. other then that they work fine.
