I've had many things working against me regarding my ability to fall asleep and stay asleep. Then came Apple AirPods Max. Here's the short story. I have a rare inner ear syndrome for which I have had two craniotomy surgeries. Those surgeries have intensified my tinnitus. I'm also extremely sensitive to exterior noises when attempting to sleep. (Primarily a beloved spouse's snoring) Earplugs are impossible to wear because they lock in my loud tinnitus. Needless to say I have been a chronic insomniac. I had the opportunity to test out my son's pair of Apple AirPods Max, when visiting him. I was so impressed by the noise calculation feature. I was inspired to purchase my own, hoping they would enable me to sleep better. I decided these headphones would be worth the investment if I could solve the issues I've had for decades with exterior noises and snores waking up this very light sleeper. I was assured that I could return them within 14 days of my purchase if they didn't work out. I'm happy to report they did work out and have become one of my most prized possessions. I listen to meditations through the headphones with a light background noise of rain added in. Let me tell you, the noise cancelation feature on these headphones is mind blowing. I feel like I got the best gift ever and I paid for it myself. haha I was initially skeptical as to whether I could sleep with these on all night. Apple thought of everything here, even thought I'm not sure they intended the design for sleeping. I'm extremely happy with the comfort level. (Even considering I have "hardware" on both sides of my head from my craniotomies.) These headphones have solved a problem I previously thought was unsolvable. I'd have paid five times the cost of these to get the benefit of the noise cancelation feature alone. Here's the funny part. I bought them recently and I have yet to try listening to my favorite songs through them. (haha) My son tells me I'm in for a spectacular experience. I'm looking forward to listening to music through them and taking them on airplane trips. These headphones have changed my life. Not even kidding. And a big thanks to Best Buy for issuing me a credit when this product went on sale days after my purchase. Amazing.

This headset is garbage .since I bought no one ever hear me clearly . I have sent it back and they said they fix. Why is Best Buy or Samsung find it hard to replace this .

Bought as a gift. Sound qualty wasn't what my husband expected. I returned the item and purchased the Bose headphones instead. Hubby is happier with the Bose headphones.

These were a Christmas gift to my daughter and by March 15, they stopped working completely. Having a tough time getting anyone to support this expensive product completely not working after three months.

Got scammed. They gave a used product with hairs and stuff inside the box. Never got back to me and they never gave me a new one.

Good to use. Children love them. Got it for Christmas for them

Not so comfortable to wear because it clamps really hard on my head. Sound quality is about the same as my Sony XM3 which is far more comfortable. I returned it.

Finally made the jump to buy these as a gift to myself for my birthday as i have been using the studio beats as my everyday go to whether its for the gym, out on walks or doing simple stuff around the house and the Airpods Max completely win with sound quality, ANC and comfort. They do have some weight to them but dont really mind it or even notice it when using them for long periods of time. I do use these at the gym and invested in some silicone covers for the headband and ear cushions which did not affect sound quality at all since these are not Sweat proof its a good way of taking care of them along with that applecare+ id highly recommend getting these

Having problems less that one day after purchase. Returned to Best Buy and was given a hard time by the manager that refused to return or replace them. Last time I’ll buy from Beat Buy and am closing my credit card with them, also.

I think they are over priced. Not the best quality, also when im at the gym headphone fall off a lot and slip

Not Impressed way overpriced for the hype! Gave me a headache! and the sound quality was not impressive.

They stopped working after 2 years! Costs $299 to repair via Apple. So much for a quality product.

I got these in June of 2023 and they stopped working randomly by May of 2024 Less than 1 year of owning these and they stopped working and I paid $500 for them.

Outdated really big bulky. They fall bud get knocked by things everywhere. The sound isn’t as goood as I remeber them to be. Or the mic the AirPods Pro are superior in every way. These willl be a pain for you trust me.

Disappointed in the lack of multi-device connectivity. I work from home and I have to manually go into the bluetooth settings in my phone or computer to switch between the two vs. the easy ability to toggle between devices on Bose QCs. Also no 35mm headphone jack for airplanes? Not worth the price. Will be returning.

I never got the item and when I asked for a refund they denied me

I bought open box. Whoever did the return didnt make sure they were disconnected from the previous persons icloud. Ended up having to return them because they wouldnt pair properly with my devices.

Garbage. Cannot hold a charge at all. Useless. What a waste of money

My son did not like these. Not worth the money at all. Taking back today.
