I have found this purchase to be a solid decision. Pros: Stylish is Aesthetic Good Audio Balancing Incredibly Easy to Connect to iPhone Cons: Comes with Charging Cable… but not the brick? Bass range not the most dynamic Price is a bit high for the product I was able to buy this item at a slight discount (from $499 to $449) making the decision to finally get a new Bluetooth headset (and be a bit ridiculous about it) logical in my mind. Overall I’m pleased with the product. It’s intuitive, noise cancelling is excellent and the audio is better than most headphones. However having owners left many “higher-end” headphones these are definitely good but don’t blow the competition out of the water. I own a HyperX gaming headset with better dynamic range in the low end. What you buy this product for is the aesthetic, the absolute wonderful intuitive product connectivity and user interface and a product built well. NOTE: this item comes with the power charging cable but NOT the power brick. You will need to spend an extra $20 for the 20W USB-C brick. Kinda lame but hey that’s Apple nowadays. All-in-all I’m happy with my purchase.

I was excited to own one of these. After picking it up i went connect it only to find out it was still paired to someones apple account. This clearly shows that it was not certified refurbished as advertised. They clearly wasted my time and resource. I was very disappointed.

I absolutely love the Airpods Max. The build quality is fantastic, I love the soundstage, and the instant switching between my Mac and iPhone is amazing. The spatial audio is great and they are surprisingly comfortable over extended listening sessions despite their weight. However, there is a major glitch with one of the main features: when using head teacking spatial audio, there are frequent, random bursts of static that are definitely a software issue. I exchanged my first pair thinking it was a hardware problem, but it persisted with the second pair and only goes away when I turn off head tracking; this happens on both Mac and iPhone. For the price, I would expect more. Despite this shortcoming, I decided against exchanging them for the Sony XM5s because they get everything else so right. If Apple fixes this issue, my review would immediately go to 5 stars. Until then, I can only reasonably give it 4. Here’s hoping that they fix it soon.

I was hesitant to buy these because they’re so pricy, but they’re 100% worth it! I wear headphones around 8 hours a day (during work and around the house), and these are so comfortable. I especially love the pink color. I can’t wear in-ear headphones because of ear issues, and these are perfect for me. Really smooth transitions between Apple devices. Highly recommend!

Way to heavy on your head, I have the Sony and they are much more lighter and comfortable. Also not a fan of the purse like case.

I AM NOT one to write reviews, but in this case, I'm writing one for Best Buy while I will also, if I can, write one for Apple. I actually purchased the Sony XM5s and the Bose QCs after losing my sony earbuds. After reading reviews of the Air Pods Max, I figured if I were to go a little more, I could see what these are about. First, if you're on the fence, DO IT! I've never, EVER had a headphone that sounds like a surround sound system in my head! The surround sound jazz relaxes me to a point where I haven't felt that relaxed in YEARS. You can literally hear every note as if you were on the front row!! When I first listened to these under the 8d sound, which can easily be found in Youtube, I literally could not speak, the sound was that clear, detailed and had that theatre-like quality. The Dolby Atmos, which can also be found on certain songs on Apple Music sounds really good, but there's nothing like the 8d sound, which I found on YouTube for a lot of songs to include jazz and classical. I was initially unsure due to the price, in fact, I literally thought it was ridiculous for me to spend that much on headphones. I'm reminded the upgrade is worth every-single-penny when I listen to these. What I really and truly appreciate the most is these headphones are not AT ALL as cumbersome to operate. The features on these are not at all touch-and-go, and it's the best quality I've, by far, ever experienced in my life!

You get what you pay for with these headphones. The noise cancellation is very high quality. You basically can't hear anything other than what is coming through your headphones. When you turn the noise cancelling off, the transparency is very clear so you can hear everything around you, as well as whatever is coming through the headphones. 10/10 would recommend.

Maybe noise cancellation has just improved over the years and I missed it but the noise cancellation feature on these is like stepping into the vacuum of space. There is a transparency feature that is good to use as well so you can actively hear things around you through mics. Stereo and Spatial Audio are fun to play with. I'm pretty sure it does pump in human voices when noise cancellation is on bc I can hear someone speaking to me but it sounds metallic. TV volume didn't come through at all but my wife's voice, while speaking to me, did. Pretty neat.

This are the best headphones I have ever purchased. I would definitely recommend! This color is beautiful, but all the colors are. They’re pricey but so worth it. This was a huge investment for me but I don’t regret it.

By far the best headphone I've had, and Im coming from the Bose QCIIs, 700s, and the Sony XM4s. These have similar sound quality to the former 3 I mentioned, but their noise canceling is better. The thing that really sets these apart from other headphones is their unbelievable transparency mode, really feels like there is nothing on your head. They also look sleek AF and feel like there is nothing on your head (dispute their greater weight, the mass distribution is so perfect that they dont feel heavy). No logos anywhere, clean, polished look. An amazing choice and well worth the price.

I got these as a birthday present for someone and needless to safe they are amazing, this person loves using them. The sound quality is amazing all around and they are so light feeling on your head but very durable. They come with a protective case which is so nice so you don’t have to buy one. These are the best headphones!

Best headphones ever, I like everything about this headphones. The sound is amazing the more you raise the volume the more you can hear it. The ANC is better then Sony and Bose together. You are getting what you pay for. Battery life is just perfect, nobody listens music for a hold 20 hour anyway. The quality and material feels supreme premium. Exelent headphones, I don't want any other brand but this one for ever.

I love these headphones. I wear them everywhere even to sleep. They are so sleek and fit perfectly around my head. The noise cancellation feature plus the spatial sound is absolutely amazing. I tried the noise canceling feature in the car with the car radio blasting and all I heard was a very slight muffled sound from the car speaker. Definitely worth the price to me! Highly recommend!!

So far I am pleased with the purchase. They are great for small ears - regular airpods fall out of my ears so easily. I haven't had headphones with noise cancellation and didn't buy them for that feature, but, man, it is nice to have! Especially sleeping on a plane.

Mortified! I bought this early so I would have it for my daughter for Christmas. When she opened them Christmas morning they were dirty. As in black soot and spots on the ear pads. We did our best to clean them. Then when she tried to pair them they were registered to someone else. Unbelievable! I can’t even contain my disappointment.

I love my airpods max! They have excellent sound quality, and I was able to get a good deal on the open box purchase option. Much more comfortable than the traditional airpods.
