I absolutely love everything about these headphones, except for the weight. The sound quality is superb and the convenience of the H1 chip allowing these headphones to seamlessly switch between my iPhone, iPad, MacBook, and Apple TV is great. Highly recommend.

Color is beautiful and aesthetic. Battery life lasts all day. I work outside so they even double as earmuffs. Sound quality and noise cancellation is pristine. I have had not one problem with them and they continue to impress me everyday.

Bought as a Christmas gift. My son loved the sleekness and sound quality along with noise cancelling. Very powerful and comfortable.

I love how easy they connect to my iPad or iPhone. I originally purchased these because I was traveling by plane and I wanted to listen to music and not the turbulence noise because it makes me nauseous. These worked perfect! The sound on the plane without the AirPods Max on a scale of 1-10 for annoying was definitely a 10, but once I put the AirPods Max on, even without any music playing took the sound down immediately to about a 2. So happy I purchased these. It’s also lovely being able to listen to homework around my house without having to worry about sitting next to my iPad or iPhone.

Despite being a little heavy, they are definately five start build quality, much like most Apple products. They sound great, love the transparency mode and ability to toggle between my computer and ipad.

High-quality item definitely would recommend this color. Love it.

I lile that these are loud and comfortable. Easy to clean, they are a bit heavy but sturdy. Overall great headphones.

Excellent audio! Comfortable. Use it for cleaning around the house, cooking, Gym ETC. Charging is a breeze does really die on me.

Comfort is incredible; switching between transparency and noise cancelling is super helpful in a chaotic work environment. Battery so far is excellent. Very pleased.

I actually loved these. Despite what ive heard others say, they were super comfortable (more than the sony xm4 in my opinion?? I think because the ear cup things are bigger. The bose ones are quite comfy though.) Also the mesh feels really nice on my head, the big ear cups are really awesome, the sound is INCREDIBLE (arguably the best? Compared to sony, beats, and Bose.) The only disadvantages are 1) just so ridiculously expensive 2) they get dirty easily and 3) the case. I personally really like the case but i know many people do not. They get dirty quite easily, are not ideal for working out, and absorb sweat. However the cups are easily removable and can be cleaned which is an amazing feature!! I would say to get these if 1) you want the best sound quality and noise cancellation and/or 2) have other apple products, as these (expectedly) pair really nicely!

I was worried I would have buyer’s remorse after purchasing these but I couldn’t be happier. They are every bit of the quality you expect from Apple. They are extremely comfortable wearing all day long, and the sound quality is better than the air pods pro. I was also looking for a wireless headphone that I could use for meetings at work without distorting my voice like a lot of wireless headphones do. These are perfect and sound crystal clear. I’m regretting not buying them sooner!

Great sound quality, and easy to use in the Apple ecosystem. I use mine around the house for chores or to watch tv on my Apple TV. My biggest con is how heavy they sit on the head. Because of this, if you are looking down with them on, they tend to Ty to fall off your head. For the price, I wouldn’t buy them as a main traveling headset, but if money’s not an issue and you have an Apple ecosystem, it’s not a bad buy.

I love the look of them, the features are nice, and the noise cancelling is crazy good. They are a little heavy, but it isn’t too bad. I think they’re a good buy!

Good sound and pretty headphones , only wish they were more secure as in if i move often they’ll slip sometimes also gives me a headache other than that great. Battery also lasts so much.

I’ve been waiting for Apple to come out with their own over ear headphones ever since the first generation of AirPods came out. And I’m happy to say that I was disappointed in any way at all. They’ve done an excellent job and I can definitely say for consumer use headphones, they take the top spot. The transparency mode alone is a lot better than any of the other premium headphones I’ve had over the years then you get into the noise cancellation mode. Beautiful beautiful beautiful switch between. Most of my friends say I’m just fan boying but I genuinely think Apple really took the time to really perfect this before sending it out and I’m very greatful for that.

Super easy to set up on Apple devices. Sound is great. Comfort is pretty good. They’re made of metal so they are a little heavy. Noise cancelling is amazing.

these headphones deliver as advertised, with excellent sound canceling, excellent sound, and excellent connectivity with Apple devices. I can't speak for connectivity with other devices. Solid feel and quality — easier to wear for longer periods of time.

These headphones are top-notch. Absolutely amazing. Apple does it again. The quality and the noise cancellation are phenomenal. And the design is perfect. Especially for traveling on long flights with lots of noise. Added bonus was the wonderful customer service that I received from a gentleman by the name of Brian at the Doral store. He was attentive and took care of all our needs. Thank you Best Buy for making sure that we have quality customer service. It's been diminishing in the retail world, but Brian came through for us!
