Sound great, work with all my Apple devices, well build, best ANC I've heard yet. Problem? I returned them because they are way too heavy, just a handfull of headphones to carry around. Can't turn them off and that is just a pain to live with. I've gone with the XM4 because they are very light and comfortable and can be eq'ed to sound very good, maybe 90% of the Max and I can live with that. If they come out with an Max sport or something that weighs in the 250 gram range with the same innards, then count me in. There are alternatives to metal and you can add an off button.

I’m a Bose guy, everything thing I own down to my home entertainment sound system is Bose. However, i did my homework for two years and this past weekend i decided to give the AirMax a try at my local Best Buy for the very first time, all i can say is WOW!! Where have you been i said to myself! The saleman answered every question i could possibly think of to ask about these headphones, and like a lightbulb i said i must have these. I didnt purchase them that day i went back home and pulled out my Bose Ultra and I said, hmm, sounds pretty good. I bought the Max’s the next day, i had to compare. The highs, mids, lows, base, treble and NC were all there without tweaking, its like they adapted to me versus me adapting to them. Great sound on multi generes, they adapt at evey level. I can honestly say I’m sold, love everything about these headphones, style, adaptability to my iphone, easy to use and control, best headphone I’ve ever owned. If i had anything negative to about them it’s the case, but i already solved that issue, i purchased a third party case, and now i love music even more!

Love them. Theyre light. Block out my kids screaming for me all day log, lol, jk. Anyways, i use these on my walks. They are so good im scared a kidnapper might get me. Worth the money. Love the color!

Ok they are super expensive. They're also the best noise canceling headphones on the market. Apple hit a home run. I have in ear noise canceling Bose headphones and this beat those hands down. If I had a complaint it would be the case. Doesn't protect the headphones at all. I used these on several domestic flights and it is super quiet and comfortable. Also it does great when taking phone calls. The mic will filter out ambient noise. The person on the phone can't hear flight announcements or barking dogs.

The sound is amazing and the feel of the ear muffs are so cozy. It was a great price on sale and the color was gorgeous. I ultimately returned them as the band was a bit tight on me that I got a headache and went back to my regular AirPods. I do think those who like over the ear headphones that this is an excellent Bluetooth pair.

These Airpod Max are amazing. They are comfy and sleek looking. I love the noise canceling effect and how crisp the sound is.

Had these for over a year now and still love them. Excellent noise cancellation, excellent sound output, works well with all my other apple products. Excellent battery life!

I really enjoy these headphones, the sound, the comfort, the functionality, and how great they work with Apple’s ecosystem. Yes, I know the price is a little outrageous compared to other brands you can go for. However, I think that the quality and how it works with all your Apple devices flawlessly is definitely a plus. The only downfall is the case. I mean apple could of gone with something better than a purse like case. Overall, I’m satisfied with them

I’m in love. I’ve had my eyes on these headphones but felt they were too pricy. However, after committing to purchasing the AirPod max, I couldn’t be happier. Perfect comfort around the ears, noise cancellation (perfect for travel) , and the music is clear!

Bought this as a gift for my girlfriend and the only bad thing she says about it as that they can become uncomfortable after having them on for more than 2 hours. Everyone is made different so you may not have this problem yourself and other than that the sound quality is great as well as the noise cancellation would recommend to others.

The top notch quality of this product is evident, inside and out. From the materials used to construct the device, to the sound quality produced, these headphones are worth every penny. Even the noice cancelling feature is amazing. When you have it off, you can still hear your music crystal clear with no compromise on the quality of the sound; and when you have the noise cancelling feature on, it's practically like the world has been shut off around you. Take it from an audiophile like me (who, by the way, normally hates over-the-ear headphones and prefers in-ear earbuds), you just can't go wrong with these. Only flaw (for me at least) is it still uses the lightning charging interface, rather than a usb-c. Thankfully, Apple finally came out with ones that use usb-c now.

Great noise cancellation and transparency modes. I exclusively wear these to the gym, and didn’t expect for all background noise to disappear when using the noise cancellation, so that’s pretty great. Keep in mind that these aren’t very sweat resistant, and the ear pads may get drenched if you have longer hair or have a sweaty head. Overall these are great for their intended purpose, but they do feel quite pricey for modern headphones without a big standout feature.

These headphones have been amazing for my college daughter. The noise cancelling feature is perfect for her when she is studying at home, at school or in a coffee house. She can connect to her phone, mac, Ipad and even her turntable. The clarity for phone calls is excellent too. For anyone that thinks this is not worth the money I would tell you to just give them a try. They are worth every penny.

This product is amazing! The sound quality is something I’ve never experienced before. The comfort of the muffs is the best since I have super sensitive ears but with these I can have them on for hours without them hurting! The music quality is amazing with and without the noise cancelling, it’s loud enough to not be able to entirely hear others but not to a point where it irritates the ear.
