I really loved these headphones. The sound quality and noise cancellation were terrific for me. I also love the convenience of the digital crown. Although most complain about the case, I LOVE it. It's like a cute little purse! There is one issue that made me return this product. The multipoint connection seemed to be for Apple products only. For example, my headphones switched seamlessly from my iPhone to my iPad. However, when I connected my Samsung TV to the headphones, I could hear the TV through them, but I had to reconnect the headphones to my iPhone or iPad after doing so. So, while watching the TV or playing a game, I am not getting any phone calls or text notifications through the headphones because they have disconnected for me to play the TV. I also cannot accept any calls while watching the TV. I have to go back into my iPhone's Bluetooth devices and reconnect the headphones to the iPhone in order to have a conversation through the headphones. This is not a true multipoint connection. The headphones would have been perfect if Apple had not had this error. I ended up going with a pair of Bose QC Ultras out of necessity. These headphones allow me to watch the TV/game through the headphones, and when someone calls me, it quiets the TV and announces the call. This is a true multipoint connection because all points stay connected and interact with each other. I also own much cheaper Skullcandy Crushers and Evos, which have a true multipoint connection. This issue may not be a deal breaker for most, but it was for me. After saving for these headphones for nearly eight months, I was past excited to buy them. The simple joy of unboxing an Apple product is worth its weight in gold. When I realized that these costly headphones did not have a true multipoint connection aside from their Apple-branded products, I wanted to slap my own face with a powdered hand! Unbelievable!

Overall it’s a great headphone. A little heavy. The noise cancellation is awesome. Don’t like that I have to put it in Smart Case to “turn off”

Apple AirPods Max is good the sound quality, just a little heavy , you can hear the sound difference

The good: For listening to music, the sound is amazing. It is clear and the piece is absolutely comfortable to wear if standing or sitting. The bad: Not great for talking. People often say they can’t hear me clearly. I don’t recommend using for conference call or presentations because your voice my not come completely clear. I tested it with many phone calls and during meetings and people often complain of not hearing well. The other thing is that it is not comfortable if you are laying down and definitely not good for exercise because it retains water inside, which I asume is not good in the long run. Finally, the fact that it doesn’t bring a quality protector for storage makes risk it for taking it with you if traveling. Not sure if there are third parties protectors for it but this is such a expensive headset that it is only fair they invest in some protection. In short, I recommended if you need something to seat quietly to listen to music. Do not recommend it is needing to use for conference calls.

The sound is good, and the quality of the headphones is excellent. But I only gave them a 4 star because of the weight, which makes it hard to wear doing my workout with them on. The price is a little expensive but it's an Apple product.

Purchased these on sale and was given as a Christmas gift for son. He loves them and uses them a lot. God value when on sale.

I love mine! They are great for the office or whenever I want to block out conversations around me. I can go two days without charging them which is a plus. Definitely don’t think they should be the price that they are but I would definitely recommend getting them from Best Buy for a cheaper price!

Amazing sound quality and minimal noise leak. These headphones were definitely worth the purchase. They're a bit heavy, but it's so worth it and I adjusted quick to the feeling.

Sound is great and comfortable for an hour or two (at least for me anyway). Nice to wear while working out but just be prepared to deep clean them afterwards considering they weren’t really meant to be worn in the gym. Sound canceling is S tier in my books, and battery life is nice too.

Hands down best headphones I've ever owned. Sound is absolutely incredible and super comfortable. Wore them on a cross country trip and was super please to be able to block out plane noise. Super easy to use and flawless switches from all of devices.

Really impressed with the quality of these AirPods in all respects; sound, durability, Bluetooth range, ease of use, etc. The transparency feature is a really great feature. Charging is fast and duration of use after is great. Best accessory I have purchased!

The AirPods Max are simply the best Bluetooth headphones you can get. The H1 chip in the each cup make connection to Apple devices fluid. Spatial Audio sounds great as well. The build quality is unparalleled, and these are comfortable without ear fatigue as well.

I absolutely loved these when I first got them. Everything was perfect, sound quality, material and all were top tier. Now not even a full 6 months later, I am starting to feel a little disappointed. The connection is going in and out and they just don't have the same feel that they did in the beginning. Don't get me wrong, I still think these are some of the best quality headphones, I just think they need to fix the small issues. I will definitely be buying them again once they do!
