Works well, but has connectivity issues with Mac, when I work. To get into calls and listening, I need to reconnect multiple times

I was skeptical on hearing from others that these are heavy and clamp tightly. I decided to risk it and if I don’t like it, I can return it. Thankfully, that isn’t the case as these are one of the most comfortable headphones I’ve ever worn! My ears also don’t get hot since Apple uses a breathable material. I like that the ear cups are replaceable as well. Noise canceling is phenomenal and I docked one star off as sound quality is good but not great. I’d also like to see equalizer settings for something of this price. Other than that, I’m going to keep these due to their seamless connectivity with other Apple devices and comfort.

They are a great purchase for just basic use but for lifting they do slide back at times durning chest day, I find that a little annoying but I just use my air pod pro on those days

Love these headphones! They sound amazing, connect automatically to any of your Apple devices, gives you your notifications and gives you the option to answer or deny phone calls by simply saying yes or no! Definitely worth the price with all the options these have!

These headphones are great! If you never tried them on before, I highly recommend testing them out before you buy, but you will be happy no matter what! Best Buy shipped everything quick and I received the product within 2 business days. Very happy with my experience.

These Apple Airpods Max though pricey are on the money. This is by far the best listening device I've ever owned and I'm glad I got to buy them. They're excellent for video calls and zoom meetings, plus the active noise-cancelling mode is unreal.

I purchased these mainly for the noise cancellation, and the fact that I dislike earbuds. Both the noise cancellation and transparency modes work very well. They're comfortable, and less fatiguing than expected over long stretches, given the weight. They also (as expected) work very well for those with multiple Apple devices.

Purchased these for my wife who works around a lot of noise. While she's working she likes to binge watch every show ever created, so enter the Airpod Max. She's an Apple person through and through, so these connected effortlessly for her and provided excellent sound quality whilst cancelling unwanted exterior. She's a believer. Give them a shot for sure.

Comfortable design and seems to be built with solid durable materials. The sound clarity is incredible and by far the best noise cancellation headphones I’ve ever owned. Only downsides are the funky carrying case and premium price.

I purchased Apple headphones for my son for his birthday in February 2024. He hasn't taken them off since. I think that he's ignoring me when we are together but its the noise canceling that is so good he can't here anything but the music. Cool!

I absolutely loved this headphone but I returned it Too heavy if Apple went plastic like everybody else did I would’ve definitely kept the headphone but I’m very sensitive to weight so having a heavy metal headphone on my head all day long hurts my head some other people don’t experience this But the sound quality oh man I can tell you they are the best! The bass the spatial audio just makes this headphone sound so great while watching movies it almost like your there, sound is crisp clear the bass is deep and clean, I would 10/10 recommend this if your fine with a heavy headphone but I gave it a 4 star due to price and the weight

Excellent sound, noise cancelling, and ergonomics. I have owned the Sony XM3 headphones for several years now and they have definitely proven their value but the Airpods Max is truly a step above. If you own an Apple device the seamless communication between them is also another benefit over the Sony XM3's. The only complaint I would have is the same gripe everyone else has, the Airpod Max's case is poorly designed and offers poor protection.

My 3 children have it and the quality is impressive!
