I consider them to be good headphones, but they cause me problems when using them during a call. The sound quality during calls is not good. In addition, on another occasion, I would opt for a different color because they get dirty very easily. In addition, it must be recognized that the battery has a very good duration.

I really like the quality of these headphones. They feel like they are $500+ in their build quality. If you have many other Apple products, I would recommend just for the ease of use. Active Noise Cancellation is unmatched. Way better than the Sony WH-1000XM4's (which I returned to get these). I think they are overpriced but I am happy with my purchase.

Absolutely love them, they are exactly what I needed for the gym. Love that they’re cordless and the sound is great. Makes my workout a lot more fun.

They are just so heavy, can't wear them for a long time because they start to make your head hurt.

The price. I know. It hurts. It really hurts. But I gotta say if this is the price I have to pay for these then so be it. They're amazing. I continually see reviews giving this a 4 out of 5 stars but when you read why it's always because of two things 1) the carry case is ridiculous and 2) you need to buy another wire if you want to use a cable to connect to a 3.5 mm jack. The loss of a star has nothing to do with the quality build and the exceptional sound with a perfect balance between low, mid and highs. And the ANC is superb but the passive sound mode makes it feel like you're not wearing anything at all. You could hear a mouse burp. You only live once. Why not experience everything at a ten. This is a ten. Enjoy!

Headphones were bought for my wife. She is very pleased with the sound. The sound quality is very clear. The price tag is a bit high, but my wife's emotions are priceless

The Apple AirPods Max deliver amazing sound quality, exceptional noise cancellation, and a comfortable fit for long listening sessions. The design feels premium and the battery life is impressive.

The headset is good quality, but many flaws in the design. The thing that makes it fail or even makes me second guess the purchase is the fact it never turns off. Because it never turns off you have to charge depending on use every other day. The quality feels premium compared to other devices .

I already had the air pod pros that I wear everyday all day for podcasts and phone calls. The problem being when I’m alone and working and at the gym I needed better noise cancellation. I absolutely love these things. They sound amazing.

Apple Products are always the best in my opinion and these headphones are really great. Still not used to carrying them around compare to my old apple earbuds but the sound and quality I hear when I use them is awesome,

Amazing Apple Product. At first discarfed it for being very highly priced. But after listening to this it changed my mind. I have the Sony XM4 but Max is way ahead in sound especially with the spatial audio integration with Apple device.
