“Cool” looking headphones but they are not really loud. I purchased the “silicone” covers for the earphones that way I would not constantly soak them with sweat at the gym & that improved the sound a bit.

Apple mush have product. Sound clarity and noise cancellation is insane.

I love my new AirPod Max’s but the only complaint I have is when making a phone call the other person can’t hear me very well. Great headphones for music though

The sound is great! The noise canceling is amazing! They are sooo heavy on my head. 30+ min give me a headache. And the fall off. So not small head friendly….

Excellent head phones, terrible service!!!!! I bought these on sale for $50 off and I went to change the color and they told me to had to buy them full price! I went to another Best Buy and they could only price match a price from Amazon which still only gave me about $20 off. It was RIDICULOUS. I work in retail and even if your JUST EXCHANGING COLORS you should get the different color NO EXTRA CHARGE. Will not be buying anymore products from Best Buy since they can’t even honor an EVEN EXCHANGE. literally the only reason I bought from Best Buy. Never again.

Great sound but not so good for gym purposes as even apple advertises that there is no water/sweat resistance.

Sound quality is superb and the noise canceling is unmatched. The only reason i have 4 out of 5 is because after wearing them twice on a long walk with some sweat the don’t smell great. Only after two times of use? Other than that they are fantastic!

What can I say Apple is Apple and you can’t expect anything less than excellent product from them and this one matches exactly the quality of other product

I purchased the Apple + warranty with my new AirPods and waited over 4 days for delivery. Since they never arrived, the Best Buy associate had me pick them up at the store. Now my Apple + warranty that I paid $59.00 for is lost and neither Best Buy or Apple can correct. DON’T buy Apple products from Best Buy.

As an Apple Fanboy, I really wanted these to be the ultimate headphones, but they fall a little short. First, inexplicably, Apple gives you no control over EQ customization on iPhone. By comparison, Sony's app allows you to costuming numerous aspects of the sound to your liking. Second, the noise cancellation is good, but there are some annoying artifacts. These headphones give me the feeling that my ears are plugged, meaning I can hear a lot of my internal body noises. Again,Bose's and Sony's high-end headphones do not do this but still provide excellent noise cancellation. Third, because of the materials used, they are a little heavy. If you wear them while lying down, you will feel them pull backward toward the back of your head. Sony's and Bose's headphones also do not have this issue. In sum, the sound signature is very similar to AirPod Pro headphones, which are also much more comfortable, convenient, and affordable. So just go with that or Sony or Bose headphones, while Apple fixes the problems with these.

Love the headphones and being some one that catch a lot of flights the FTK mode is great you do not hear peoples kids lol
