Unfortunately is too heavy for even a jog, or light running on thread mill.

Compare to Bose

Both provide good noise cancellation but differ on other features and quality. I find sound is more accurate and natural with the Bose. Bose is more comfortable with better fit over the ear. The Max just doesn’t cover my ears well. Bose is also lighter and are more comfortable over time. The advantage for the for the Max is if you own only Apple devices. The easy switch and pairing is a plus. Considering the cost the Bose os the better product.
