The best headphones I’ve heard in a long time. I love them

I will never buy again from Best Buy. These headphones were not delivered to my address and I still do not have them. They were placed on the ground in my apartment building and were taken by someone else. Customer support was no help, and replacements for delivery were cancelled. There is literal photo evidence of my headphones being on the ground, not near my door or mailbox, and I was still not given a refund or replacement. I will be telling all of my friends and family not to buy from this organization. Frankly, I’m livid with the entire experience. The worst part is, fedex offered to reimburse me for failing to deliver to my correct address, and you all still won’t file a claim so that I can get my money back. It’s despicable.

I was stoked to get the AirPods Max for the longest probably ever since they came out. Once I got them I was very impressed with the build quality. I wish all headphones were built that well. Unfortunately the sound quality lacks. Spatial audio is about the only thing that stands out from the crowd.

I love these, they’re comfortable and durable. The battery life on it is great too.

I recently purchased the Airpad Max, and it has undoubtedly been one of the best investments I've made in a while. These headphones offer a level of comfort and convenience that's truly unparalleled. Great pair of headphones but I wish I had the usbc version

Good noise cancelling headphones, but AirPod Pro 2’s exist. Just get those, they do everything but better, they have better noise canceling, better transparency, actually water resistant, truly, the AirPod Maxes are not worth it. They are technically a little more balanced, but no one cares and extra bass is cool anyway.

I waved between the AirPods Max, and the flagship headphones from Sony and Bose. Even though they were considerably ore expensive, I bought the AirPods (on sale) thinking I was also investing in Apple engineering and customer service. For the first few months, I was very happy with them - they look good, they're very well engineered, and they sound fantastic. However, after a few months, the battery would start to drain very quickly and they would be dead by the next morning, even in their case. And not only that, but on a full charge, they were only lasting about eight to ten hours, instead of the 20 the specs promise. This began a torturous ordeal with Apple Support, which included a trip to the Apple Store, at least a half dozen phone calls, a few online chats, and shipping them to the Apple repair depot THREE TIMES. They still have this problem. After awhile, the Apple support person assigned to my case just stopped answering my messages. I am very disappointed in Apple's support...

Really nice, but overpriced (of course). Get on sale if you can. They really do sound great tho. Quality workmanship.
