Excellent Product. I bought this for my wife. She really loves it. It is expensive but worth every dollar. I saw comments about the base and other features. I am very picky about headphones, but this has a complete 10 for me.

Got these before a 6-hour plane ride. Got an adapter and could not even hear a baby crying on the plane!

Headphones were great! Sounds was amazing and the connectivity between devices was seamless. Returned the headphones though. Could not justify the price for a pair of headphones.

Apple, let me make it clear to you. You cannot make a pair of headphones that will get a 5/5 by me if there's no power button. Your engineering team is better than this. Audio quality is excellent, active noise cancellation works about as well as my XM3's, and the feeling of these headphones is definitely premium. It's still just a shame that Apple refuses to let you turn off these headphones when you want. And for a refreshed model, only adding the Type-C connection is a pretty underwhelming upgrade. But, complaints aside, these headphones are still great. Just gotta live with the strange choices from Apple.

They’re a little heavy but the sound is incredible. I used to have Beats Studio Pro and they were great but these are way better for sound and the noise cancellation is incredible!

Sound great. Perfect- if you’re sitting still. Moving around- not so much. Bought for gym use- too heavy, slid around way too much.

I absolutely am in love with how good these headphones work and how it keeps all background sounds out and you can focus so much. Definitely recommend for anyone wanting good headphones

I end up getting 2 pair of Apple max around the the holiday time copped both at a great price. Overall decent headphones for that price. Overall experience with BestBuy pick up was smooth.

Pro: Awesome sound and Spatial Audio. Love that it easily connects to my Apple TV and iPhone. Con: Battery life isn’t the greatest, since it’s technically always on. Ear cups collect condensation from my head pretty quickly, since it’s made of aluminum. A bit concerned about it getting damaged by the condensation, so I regular have to wipe them down.

This was great gift. The recipient really enjoyed it a was so ecstatic about receiving it. Thank you Best Buy for having it in stock and making it such a great surprise for them.
