A scam
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Gave me the wrong item and it was still connected to someone else’s Apple ID. Went to the store twice to get this fixed and they never helped. The employees also said I wasn’t able to exchange or return because they had nothing like it in store. Now I am past the date or return with no chance to get the item I paid for. Absolute scam.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.DO NOT BUY. The only "refresh" is the USB-C. Now Mine were from Geek squad discount. They are GARBAGE. My old Sony M2 series are 10X better. I could be that Geek Squad can not fix much of anything and I just got a broken "leftover" They still had the old owners name. Cheers!
