You need to clean them inside every time you finish exercising. Good points: The sound cancellation is amazing.

First pair kept cutting out. He returned them. Easy return no issues. Replaced with a second pair. So far there’s been no issues.

I bought a pair originally last year, and they just went out, so instead of paying Apple $355 to get them repaired, I just went to Best Buy and bought another pair. Best decision I could make, I just don't want to be without them. Never owned a pair of headphones like these. The best part about being a Best Buy cardholder is all the perks that come with the online purchase, and being able to pull up outside and bring them straight to your vehicle. I love Best Buy and purchasing from them as I'm typing this review!!!!
